Very little variety of PCs, but they are supposedly a PC store. Also annoyed with how overpriced their cables are. A simple USB extension cable - 15£. What the hell!?

Since Main closed, one of the few stores near Oxford Circus where one can still get PC spares like cables, adapters, USB WiFi etc. Right on Oxford road this is not far from where Maplin used to be and fills the gap at least a little bit.

I went to the currys branch around my area to order a washing machine on Wednesday evening, upon asking three separate assistance to help me purchase a machine all three had rudely replied I haven’t got time I’m with somebody but I was willing to wait, but with such a rude response from them all I was not happy to be fair I went to customer service desk to tell the manager what I want to order a washer also how his staff had no manors he was kind and apologetic and got somebody willing to help, finally I've decided to purchase on-line from another retailer, and I'm very satisfied with my product.

Should be 0 stars..
I've bought a TV, took home, unpacked and what a surprise.. It wasn't a brand new item. TV was already returned before. No power cable, no remote controller, no security foil on screen, no screws to attach to base plate. I went to shop and stuff propose me to take missing parts from other refunded packs.. Totally don't recommended and I'll never come back to any of currys shops.

Terrible place with people full of wrong attitude to good customer service. I cancelled my insurance and will not pay them a pany again will buy things straight from a makers.
Print my name wrong.
Instead someone else property was mine
There was no replacement have to be in a quee for month
And no one get back to me.
Shop full of staff but no help for customers

waited at the counter for 15 minutes with more than 5 workers in store but no one seemed to even bother serving me. you guys should really up your customer service level.

What an awful bunch of incompetent staff. All chat to each other while customers are waiting. Bought a tablet which upon arriving home I realised was opened and full of fingerprints although the seal should have not been opened up hence they were "not able to show me the product" only on the website. Unprofessional con artists trying to upsell antivirus - I guess they infected the products themselves.Never again shop at this branch.

It's OK. The service varies between overkeen and not particularly bothered, but always with upselling various gubbins and software being the priority... I buy things in here which I've checked out online. Due to the Currys/pc world stranglehold on high st computer market, there aren't many alternatives.
Plus point: it's better than Argos, just.

Staff severely lack knowledge even about basic things such as external hard disks. No TV specialist on a busy day. They are only concerned to sell you whatever they can and if you ask such a a question as "which external hard drive do you recommend for to recording from a smart tv?" They draw a blank. The answer is really any of them here are the best we have in stock. Useless.
