i went along for someone to advise me on the iphone,that i had brought from there. i had my temperature etc taken because of covid-19 and told to check in with one of store assistants,they completely mis understood my request. i was then rushed into the store and they was under the impression i wanted to buy a new phone. When i explained again i wanted help with the iphone, i had purchased there and not to buy a new one,i was then rushed out the store and then told to come back in 2 hours!! I felt the staff didnt really listern and were unhelpful in the matter. it seems if you want to buy a new phone they are keen to give you instant service and if you want help they give you a ppointment and have to wait in my case 2 hours,to which i didnt and went away dissatifield with the overall service.

Needed a new batter for my iPhone. As I live in London, and the Apple stores there are overwhelmingly busy, thought I’d take a chance in Brighton. I reserved a spot at 4:05. We arrived 3:20. It was busy. Spoke to one of the staff, and she booked me in and said they would call me over shortly. I had barely sat at one of the tables when I was taken to the Genius Bar. They ran their checks on my phone, and said it would be done within the hour. We returned about an hour later, and it was all ready and returned within a couple of minutes. £49 which isn’t too bad, and it’s an Apple battery. I looked at a few other places and the cheapest was £40, think it’s better to pay a bit more and have it done properly. All of their stores seem busy, and you never really know who is waiting to be attended to and who to ask. It’s a case of grabbing the bull by the horns! Collar someone in a blue t-shirt who is holding an iPad and ask- they either help you or pass you on to another colleague.

Very poor service! I never thought that Apple Store can perform so poorly. I have booked an appointment for battery replacement (on my wife's phone) and went to the store in the afternoon to be told that they can't change the batery until they close at 5pm, but the phone can be ready for collection on the next day at 9am when they open. All of that sounds ridiculous, but that's the reality unfortunately. So I am thinking why Apple Support didn't notify me that this can happen. They only said that the delay can happen in case they don't have the battery in stock, but nobody mentioned that they are short of staff or how they call it "limitted repair services" or whatever.. I went there on purpose- it will be ready on the same day and i ended up with paying for parking and travelling twice a long distance just because they don't say in advance that they are not capable to replace battery on the same day. I don't want to imagine if people have serious problems... how many days they will be asked to wait until their device is repaired. Apple Store, I hope you realise that it is a big shame to excuse like that.

Ordered my new phone on line and collected it here. Staff talked me through the phones app's and helped me set up my phone. A very forward thinking shop full of great tech and extremely helpful. I'm now an Apple convert and so very pleased to be one Well done, five gold stars. Many phone shops and companies could learn so much from you.

Lovely products and display. Can get quite busy in here after lunchtime so if you are looking for more quieter times go before then. Staff are nice keen to sell you extras or more to what you intend on buying however they do keep professional and are friendly when doing so. Fuzzy Bear100 on YT

Fantastic. Took my iPhone to be repaired (battery replacement). Had a small issue with the Touch ID. Replaced the whole screen and front camera under warranty. Friendly and very efficient. Cheers Lily and others who helped me! ???? Highly recommend.

I was amazed. Not being a previous apple convert, I had gone in on behalf of my I'll mother and the staff were literally incredible. Probably the best store experience I have had in the longest time. This may even convert me to apple products. Customer service is everything. Nice one apple!

The worst experience I have ever had at an iStore!!! I had ever far to drive and bring told I could come in and bring my MAC in for repairs, I was turned away at the door!!!! Almost in tears and the staff couldn’t actually care, let alone help a desperate customer!!!! I’ll be looking to make an official complaint to Apple and the store manager!!!

Well. What can we say. It's an Apple store which I was drugged in by my daughter, just like many more parents:) Service is very good if its not a busy day. Otherwise you have to waaaaaaaaaaaaait. Unfortunately this is not impartial review. I'm not an Apple fan,????Not that I can't afford (or maybe I can't actually:) I must say here I do like the QUALITY and Service although I can't justify price. Is it only me? Maybe.

My only experience of the Apple store is a pre-booked appointment to swap out my battery. The technician was prompt for the appointment time and was very thorough in his checks of my device. When I can back the same day to pick it up, again the technician was punctual and ensured that my phone was working the way it should before sending me on my way. The setup of the Genius Bar was well planned with plenty of seating available and constant activity to ensure the queue kept moving and people being seen to as fast as possible.

Disappointed by the work of Genius Bar. I've been told that my old Mac needs a new main logic board as it is the only option to solve the problem with distorted image. In fact, changed parameters of NVRAM solved the problem within 5 min. I didn't expect that googling a solution gonna be more successful than going to professionals (Yeah I've repaired it myself)

If you want an appointment then you need to go online to book it between midnight and eight am otherwise super hard to get a slot. Better to call through and when the prerecorded voice kicks in just say store manager and you will be connected directly. Then ask for an appointment and they will give you the first slot available. Saves a lot of time. Update They stopped taking phone bookings but you can do walk ins and you can give your mobile number in. They text you when your appointment comes up which is handy.

When Chris approached me he was so welcoming and down to earth, not pushy and more than willing to let me take my time choosing the product which was right for me. The lowest customer service I have ever experienced in my life, unprofessional and hostile as I have never seen before. Some of the people working in this store have obviously serious mental issues. They replaced the motherboard of my computer for no reason and scummed my insurance which covered most of the cost. Liars and thieves!

My iPhone 6 had a display problem. I went in with no reservation made and the staff was able to help me anyway ( waited 2.5 hrs though). Nice and friendly environment. iPhone changed with a new one and we were all happy.

What can I say, absolutely amazing. The service from these people is next to none. I bought my Mac here years ago and I have always returned back here for help and advice. The staff go out of their way to help and in my opinion, they go above and beyond. A special mention to David, to went further than the extra mile to make sure I was happy.
