It's big! Plenty of stock! Staff are helpful, meet and greet policy is good as directed to correct place in store. Help Desk is manned by very knowledgeable staff. Prices good.

It is a small Currys. You won't find everything in here and can be common to have most items out of stock. check stock availability before travelling to this branch. However service is good, well staffed. It's next to Tottenham court Road station and down the road there are a few more electronics shops

Helpful staff. The guy I spoke to first suggested I spoke to his colleague who was more knowledgeable about the headphones I went in to buy. He was on top form and gave me very valuable advice without the pressure of up - selling. I left after purchasing the headphones and they've been exactly what I was after, considering the previous pair I had broke after 8 years of extensive use and are no longer manufactured. Have already recommended to other friends.

Much cheaper if you go direct to a Contract Network Service provider where you can get a smartphone bundled in cheaper too. The CPW shops are a rip off with expensive mobile phone contracts. Take heed of this advice because it's expensive to get out a CPW contract once you're in one.

Went in to buy a speaker, none of the speakers were attached to the 'Test Me!' buttons. Asked for assistance on speakers, and the male sales associate tried to help - each time he came close, another customer intercepted. Not his fault at all. Other female sales associate offered to help after 22/3 minutes of me waiting. I explained that the other sales associate was going tp help, but I'd like some help from her. She walked away. Called after her saying I'd like some help, she kept walking. Waited for a tad longer, and walked out. I might have to wait longer on Amazon, but at least the service is superior.

I came in on black Friday to get a laptop. Had to wait ages to talk to specific laptop sales even though other staff free even though I said I knew which model I wanted. Spoke to someone eventually and it was out of stock but I was told I could order it in on black Friday price but would take ages doing it in store so twas told it was easier doing it myself. Seeing the store was full I left and later found I could not order online as it was recorded as out of stock. Poor advice and service.

Small store not a huge range of choice I went in for a laptop, there is little information to work out what each laptops spec is, I was in there a good 15 minutes & at no point did anyone offer to help

Overpriced items, engaged with a so called expert about a TV but it was very clear he has no idea what he was talking about. I'd much prefer any assistant too be honest and say "I don't know let me check for you" than pretending to be an expert.

We had a very bad experience here. We bought a laptop just 3 days ago. It was running very slow, it needed more than 12 hours to do the windows update and after that we could access to the computer, once we tried to go into Google, we couldn't get in because the laptop was thinking all the time. We went to the shop yesterday to explain it and then they checked the laptop there. It took more than 40 minutes to do the windows update there and also they couldn't do it. We asked for a refund because we doesn't want this computer and they didn't give our money back because they have to check that it's a fault. The managers spoke to us in a really bad way. we have to go again to the shop to try to resolve this issue. Don't buy any product there please.

I have had an absolutely nightmare experience with Curry’s. My advice would be do not buy from them, go elsewhere. I ordered a £1,600 cooker from their website on 2nd August. I was initially told that this would be delivered on 2nd September. However 3 days before the expected delivery date, an agent left me a voice message stating that this would now be 29th September. I called back for an explanation and to express my frustration that this order would effectively take nearly 2 months to be fulfilled. At that point they miraculously found a delivery date 2 weeks earlier, on the 15th. Come the 15th, I was told my cooker would be delivered between 1.45-5.45. So I duly waited in all afternoon (it was 25C outside). At 5.30pm, I received a phone call from the delivery driver telling me that he had ‘run out of time’ and would not be able to deliver to me that day (they clearly made too many bookings that day, or never had any intention of delivering to me, but I was most annoyed that I had waited in all afternoon, for nothing). He told me I would need to call their customer services to reschedule (why can’t they call me, it’s their fault?) So I then had to call back to reschedule the delivery (another 30 minutes on the phone). This was scheduled for the following Sunday, 22nd. Again I wanted in, around 12 midday the driver arrived. He asked me where the cooker was going, I pointed upstairs (kitchen is on the 1st floor). He did not even step inside the house, and just said ‘No, can’t do that, health and safety mate. We can leave it here’ (well I’d paid for delivery, installation and removal and recycling of my old cooker, so leaving my new £1,600 cooker by my front door wasn’t really very helpful.) I was flabbergasted that the 2 of them would not carry it up 10-12 stairs, they did not even consider it. I told them that I would refuse the delivery and cancel my order. Another call to CS, another 1 hour on the phone. CS can’t understand why the crew refused to carry it upstairs and apologies, and in order to prevent me from cancelling, they agree to a gesture of goodwill compensation / deduction. But still no cooker. This time I decide to just get the cooker delivered and left in my garage, and arranged for some removal guys to do the heavy lifting, and a cooker specialist to uninstall the old cooker and install the new. The removal guys took approx 3 minutes to carry the new cooker up and the old cooker down. It really was zero effort to them. Of course, another week went by and I could not see the refund that I’d been promised 8 days earlier. Another call, another 1 hour on the phone. I’m told that the refund had ‘failed’ on their system, and there was nothing they could do about it. I refused to go away and wait for a call back as I doubted this would ever be forthcoming. Finally the guy worked out that the refund had failed because the previous agent had incorrectly calculated 10% of the purchase price (the agreed refund), hence why it had been blocked. He put the correct amount through (if course nothing received yet...) It has been an absolute NIGHTMARE from start to finish. I wish to god I had never ordered from them and when things started to fail I should have cancelled. Yes they did agree to compensate me with a % refund, but this will only cover the cost of the removal men and cooker chap that I had to arrange and pay. Plus all the countless calls to their CS team (3 hours plus), plus the waiting in at home (7 hours), plus having to arrange and then wait in for the removal men and cooler installation. Their compensation was just not compensation enough. What a complete disaster. Please save yourself a lot of heartache and shop elsewhere. I certainly won’t be buying from them ever again.

For some reason it looks like they are stocked up will alot of old models. Technology and markets are moving faster! I expected to find the latest models but I was deeply disappointed. Also sales are just for the very old models. Maybe is good for buying a hear dryer but for computers and mobile phones definitely there other alot more interesting choices, less cheaper too!

Went in today to buy a phone. I knew exactly what I wanted and simply wanted to hand over the money and be given the phone. Three employees were more interested in selling other people contracts to actually let me do this. All three interrupted serving me to do other things, until after standing for about 15 -20 minutes with my money in my hand and the phone on the counter I told them to forget it and left the shop - and then bought the phone somewhere else. No doubt there's more money in signing up a new contract than selling a sim-free phone but it's not good business to send money out the door!

Staff doesn’t show any customer interest and service orientation. Most of them are lazy and they don’t offer any help. Three times in the store and always had issues. . Currys has a pretty good online service and other stores have a better staff. Very poor experience. This is the very last time at this store

My experience was excellent! - really helpful, happy and hardworking staff. I returned my Bose Sound Link Mini as it was still under warranty, I didn't have a receipt and the card I bought it on had changed but they still worked through the paper trail to find my purchase and booked it in for a repair.

Not sure what everyone is having a problem about. The sales people in there obviously are "stressed out" as sales are what they are there for. I have seen some of the sales assistant's give a lot of time to customers helping them out. They do their best under the circumstances and training they are given. With shops like these I go in with defined aims and objectives, do your research beforehand and if you are not happy, the exit sign is your best option.

I wanted to buy laptop in this shop but as they didn't have it on the stock, they've 'reserve it' for me in another shop. Next day I went to pick up laptop. Took me more than 2 hours to arrive there just to realize that there is no any reservation! They also run out of stock everywhere so in the name of good will they offered me 10% off when stock arrives. After almost month of waiting went again in this shop finally to purchase laptop I wanted. They charge me the same price which I was suppose to pay anyway month ago as price went up! Who is crazy here?! Plus seems I will need to go again there as my laptop is making strange noise when I listen music... £853 thrashed away! Never again to buy something in this shop or company!

I can see why this store is finding trade difficult, the girl assistant that served us was not helpful and lacked enthusiasm. We asked about a specific item and was asked " how much do you want to spend" and was then offered a single option. Save your time and go to John Lewis where you will receive great service.

As usual....one staff was so rude pushing people around and being so loud. she was so sure she was gonna make a sell (a laptop). But she did pass me over when i was so eager to buy a surface pro TODAY. As im still undecided with a mac..i guess this missed opportunity is a blessing in disguise (for me). All the other staff are so pretty being busy at serving nobody....????????????????????

Loads of the latest technology to offer on display. Found the click and collect to be awful as stickers on the floor don't actually lead you to a collection station. Was told to collect from payment desk at the front but just to be told to go back to the end of the store. In the end I got served but the offer on the tablet at the time didn't come off during payment so asked for it to be taken off. Took ages for a manager to verify this offer and the service was poor. Will recommend if the staff are fired and newly trained ones come in.

Tim was great and very helpful unlike his co-workers unfortunately as once I got my laptop home I couldn't even access it as the password and login they entered are wrong and now have to go back to the store to get this sorted. Very inconvenient and such a shame after lovely Tim did a great job....!

It is a nice shop but with a little cold atmosphere. Not so many choices considering the size of the shop. Too much empty space for few shelves. I feel more satisfied in a airport shop with a fraction of the space but better organised.

If you want a group of wide boys trying to one up each other this is the shop for you. Pretty awful service on the ground floor. Upper floor staff showed some degree of professionalism. Photography Dept is quite good. Shame it's let down by the rest of the store. I'd go elsewhere for pc advice in my opinion.
