Bought a m135i from Mo back in march as soon as I got there he was friendly and very helpful! Took for a test drive and was very happy with the car left a deposit and picked up the week after very happy with my new car!!
2 weeks ago my car suffered a fault from the valvetronic system, Rang Mo up just for advise he insisted I drop it down to him and have a look what the issue was! Didn't think he would have helped as much as he did as I've had the car for 3 months+, but was very helpful getting the issue sorted and sorting it with the warranty company!!

Found the car on a Friday had delivered and arrived on my door step Tuesday 9am. Service from Mo was quality, lovely geezer, really helpful, really good at breaking things down and explaining things to me, I brought the 420D m sport, and the car was exactly what it look like in the pictures, once it all got confirmed, they gave it another clean before bringing the car up to me. I’m really made up, touch wood my next upgrade isn’t too long away and I hope to come back to whitethor to get my upgrade!

I saw a car for sale on a Saturday morning good priced but 40 miles from where I live and I didn't have a car. The owner picked me up from train station took me for a drive couldn't be more helpful and helped me sort out my insurance and road tax. Would definitely reccomend

Not your average pushy sales man. Always has a Nice clean selection of cars too.

What a fantastic experience buying a car from Mo at Whitethor. I have had the car for nearly 2 months now and couldn't be happier.
Having looked for a long time, I experienced many car salesmen, and Mo was like a breath of fresh air.
Really focused on the customer's needs and the customer experience.
From the moment I phoned up, he already knew everything about the car without needing to check anything. Perfect.
When I visited to see the car, Mo was very professional, and the excellent buying experience continued.
Nothing was too much trouble, through the purchase and part exchange.

Recently bought a BMW 120d M Sport from Whitethor, i death with Mo who was a top bloke, customer service is definately important to these guys as it couldn't have been better. Nothing was too much trouble, i was given the keys and left to look around the car by myself until i was happy and ready, Mo offered a very fair part ex price. I wasn't entitled to drive away insurance due to my age however Mo kindly paid for a days insurance himself so i could get home without ringing my insurance. The car was prepared nicely, very clean and very to drive away, paperwork was done in no time, top bloke to have a chat with. Having bought various cars in the past this was by far the best experience so far. Thanks again.

I was not looking to do a deal on the day I visited, I was only looking to see what was out there. I viewed the car, took a quick test drive and then left only to return a hour or so later after viewing another. I just could not leave the car on the forecourt such was that condition/spec/price.
So from initial viewing to driving home in a nice 650i all within 4 hours, they must be doing something right !, thoroughly recommended ! (and I’m a cynical old grump at the best of times).

When i went to view the car i was pleasantly surprised to see it looking fabulous, ready on the forecourt to take for a test drive. Mo was on hand to deal with the transaction/collection, warranty & could answer many questions on the cars history & previous ownership. Aidan had done a fantastic job on the valet - the car looked great on viewing but 'as new' on collection!
