FANTASTIC SERVICE! WONDERFUL CAR! My experience with RMSS Automotive has been incredible. I have just purchased a beautiful Suzuki Vitara using my Vauxhall Astra as a part ex. The customer service has been outstanding. They have put up with my questions and have gone above and beyond. The whole experience from start to finish has been great! Max is such a friendly, wonderful man and has always gone out of his way to put my mind at ease. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Max is a great guy who we have bought cars from before..they are all in great condition clean and ready to test drive if necessary..you need to make an appointment to view ATM but he is very friendly and very honest..there is no high pressure sales he lets the cars he has do the talking for him.

Can't fault the fantastic service and experience I had with this dealership. Despite the covid situation, the whole process was quick and easy and they were incredibly informative about the car I was buying. They did a 'video walk' of the car so I could still view it and even delivered it to me. The car is absolutely brilliant and in fantastic condition and I'm extremely happy, thank you!

Max is a pleasure to deal with. Not your typical car sales guy. No pressure, left us to it to look at the car, answered questions honestly and offered a fair deal. Love my new wheels. A very easy buying experience.

I’ve dealt with many car salesman over my years and Max was an absolutely genuine gentleman, not pushy and above all open and honest, sometimes not words that can be associates all the time within the trade. My wife fell in love with a metallic pink Fiat 500 so we went up to view it. I’m no fool and know my way round a car in great depth and detail (more than the average man). The car was straight and genuine and Max explained that the screen price wasn’t negotiable however that’s because they would do full service and a reduced cost to me cam belt and tensioner service and full 12 months MOT and anything that was three quarters worn ie brake linings/tyres would be replaced. The previous owner had obviously took relatively good care of the car anyway (new rear springs could be seen and discs). With current Covid situation as well I wasn’t going to try and run another business down when certain restrictions are making a decent job of it as it is! Anyway upshot was after Christmas we collected the immaculately prepared vehicle and I now have a very happy wife and I’m more than happy to sing Max’s praises and his business. Great businesses deserve the recognition and patronage from the public!

Bought a juke in July, max was extremely helpful - I noticed a noise and max and his team sorted it with no problems.

Great experience had with Max, buying our daughter's first car.. Good choice of price range vehicles, and she is delighted with her new Polo...Would certainly recommend as a good, reliable retailer who lives up to the AA approved standard
