Sales only helped or attempted to after I wouldn't go away ( keep a paper trail )
Make sure everything is ok in the 14 day period ( but don't expect your deposit back that's gone in their words )
Management really don't want to help, even if you buy online
They get you even though you've not seen the car to sign up so you've been in the building so loose all your rights
Yet not offered a delivery
Then you loose all your distance selling rights ( in a pandemic to ?)
Once purchased don't expect call backs or fast help
Not a pleasant experience at all

Mazda MX5 Serviced and Mot'd. Engine was miss-firing but they ensured this was fixed as soon as possible. Even delivered to home. Kept informed all the while. Extremely courteous and professional. No regrets what-so-ever using this business. Great Job everyone.

Just had my van serviced for the 3rd time since new.
Excellent service, especially from Anya. They spotted a problem and resolved it for me within a couple of hours.
And my van was washed and vacced before I collected it!

Horrendous customer service, warranty repair (Recall for breaks). Booked well in advance and told that i would be without my van for a day as they would have all the parts to sort the issue. On the first day being told that i would not be able to collect my van as it was too dangerous, yet previously telling me it wasn't. Have I put my life and others at risk? 6 days without my works van with no courtesy vehicle. ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES.

They seem to have good availablity and were able to accommodate me quickly despite needing 2 visits after a part was needed.
Provided me with a decent lease whilst mine was being worked on.
Bit pricey is the only downside

Just brought a Grandland X and love it! Had an amazing service with all the staff being friendly. Was so nice to walk in and people still recognise you from being there in the past. Brought my car from Richard Wells and have nothing but nice things to say, very helpful and very attentive. Listened carefully to everything i wanted and made sure he answered all my questions. Also dealt with Lewis Perkins who was very helpful. I always get my cars from this dealership because they help you out and are so friendly.

Took the car in for its first service today - customer service was excellent and hassle free, was shown in detail what had been done and they even gave the car a wash before I picked it back up! Will definitely be bringing it back to Archie Moss when the next service is due. Natalie was extremely helpful both when booking the car in on the phone and whilst I was in the showroom

just been to see what stock they had in since being taken over, was met by Richard from sales to whom I have dealt with before when it was archie moss, I told him why I wanted to change my car, we looked at a car & he went away & worked out a deal to which I was happy with, I pick it up at the end of the week, there was no pressure or pushy salesman, NICE ONE RICHARD good luck pentagon.

Took my car for a service first time in its 9 year life. Always thought it would be to expensive. They did me proud serviced the car for only slightly more than local garage. Even washed and cleaned interior. Very pleased and impressed.

This place is a joke. I booked my Renault in as i was getting a gearbox fault and the car would occasionally not pull off when I came to a stop till a stopped and restarted the car.
The staff on the phone where piolit and friendly and when I took the car in noticed a massive difference to the staff on the front desk. Not a warm welcome and was made to feel like an idiot.
That day I called for an update around 5pm to be told no fault was found and needed further testing which would be done at the end of the week. They had my car for 3 weeks with me chasing constantly. I didn’t get a single call from the garage till 3 weeks after the initial appointment where I was told they could not find a fault but there was an issue with the glow plugs and was told I needed to collect the car.
I picked up the car and on my journey home had the non existing fault occur 7 times. I booked in with Renault Leicester today and everything has been fixed in one day, including the glow plugs. They only had to do a reprogramming to fix the gearbox fault. They said it is a well know fault and any Renault garage should be aware of it. As it was still under warranty it didn’t cost me anything.
Renault Loughborough is a joke, they have no idea and let me leave with a car not fit to drive and with issues that should have been fixed. Avoid
