I recently bought a very special and jaw droppingly beautiful BMW from Whitethor cars. Now I'm often seen as difficult and shrewd in business at the best of times but I have to say that the service these guys gave exceeded my expectations. After a three hour drive, I was greeted by great staff and my immaculate car. The guys really put every effort in to ensure your hard earned money is well spent and piece of mind is given. It's sometimes quite rare for companies to back their promises after sales have taken place but this dealer does which gives you added trust. A few small niggles were promptly sorted out by Mo and his team and their professional service was completed within the hour and I headed home with a great quality car and a big smile on my face. You can see from their show room that they have great pride in their business and the cars that they sell, and I would recommend them all day long!

Travelling from scotland to get the car was a bit of a risk as we never had a chance to see or try the car and there was possibility that we might be wasting time and money but we couldnt be more wrong. Big shout out to Mo and Whitethor cars!....After looking at a few BMW 123d's to replace my Golf GTI for economic reasons, The 123d Mo had in stock was a true gem of a motor! It's exceptionally clean and been really well looked after. The whole purchase experience was warm and friendly and just from looking around his forecourt it's easy to see the standard of cars Mo keeps are exceptionally high! I'd definitely purchase from again in the future! Highly recommend to anyone.

Cant recommend these guys enough! I had a budget and a specific model i was after, went in to see their range of cars, the one i was after was there but in the wrong colour but the manager told me he was getting one in that week and i could arrange to see it before anyone else! He stuck to his word and 3 days later i came home with the exact colour and model i wanted. Now pretty much everywhere else i went into tried pushing other cars onto me which frankly put me off buying from them!
Whitethor Cars, Excellent customer service. Friendly and helpful. Recommend all my friends and family to have a look next time they want to upgrade their motor.

I bought a Freelander HST off Mo a month ago and he promised I wouldn't be disappointed.....Well he was right, it is fantastic to drive and looks stunning. The whole transaction from the first phone call to signing on the dotted line was very smooth and he was quick to send me extra pictures. Presented very well which is a credit to his valeter who must work very hard as all his cars were immaculately presented ,Mo even organised the log book and tax to be registered in my name there and then.
I would have no reservations to deal with Mo again as I found him very pleasant and proficient and unlike many car sales people he knows his cars.
Thanks again Mo and maybe a branch in the North East so I don't have to travel 320 miles round trip for my next one.

Just been to collect my new car and oh my I must say it is a tidy car, perfect condition Audi A3 Sline and I couldn't be more happier, I must say thanks to Mo though without him as a salesman, without him helping me through every step of purchasing this car, I probably wouldn't have walked away with this car and I must say I'm over the moon.

I First got to Whitehor cars and met Mohamed nice genuine guy!! I'd been looking for cars for over 3 weeks and most dealer lost there sale over there attitude and impatience!! Am a very a particular guy so went over the car with a fine tooth Combe, and he had no bother at all over me doing so, the car was mint like he said a stunning Audi A4 sline with low miles, after about 2 hours of me messing about I bought the car an was buzzing! But 4 weeks or so later I had a problem with the clutch and with a few phone calls later and the car in the garage Mohamed did his best and sorted the problem! Made my day as I spent a lot of money on the car! He understood exactly how I felt and gave me piece of mind which shows the sort of guy he, a small problem sorted with no bother what so ever! Thank you very much and I'll see you again!,,

I gave whitethor a phone call on thursday afternoon and was driving a new audi by friday evening, there friendly service is second to none and there finance deals on cars are some of the best i've seen compared to similar firms,
Also when i arrived the car was in impeccable condition, cleaned and valeted to perfection is an understatement the car was glowing!
You cannot go wrong with this valeting service either

With the very friendly and helpful staff they made my first buying experience very excited and very memorable. Their service is very fast and reliable, I rang up about my car on the tuesday and i picked it up on the wednesday they was excellent.
