My first time of purchasing a car for AD motors and definitely not my last! Excellent service with some really knowledgeable staff who went the extra mile in ensuring I found the car I was looking for! The customer service from walking in the place to driving out the garage with my new car was impeccably smooth, with a welcoming reception area and friendly staff who met my every need. I also found comfort in speaking to another customer who I happened to speak to whilst waiting for my car, who informed me they were purchasing their 3rd car from AD motors as they found them to be so true to their word when selling cars and keeping their sales promises.

Avi & AD sales as a whole have been fantastic.
I bought my car online which is a first so didn't get the option to test drive it which I was slightly apprehensive about but as soon as I saw the car all those worries vanished.
Even though the car I purchased was a bit older then the general stock they sell it felt near like new, even the engine had been steam cleaned.
Stuart was great, a lot of communication before it was delivered.
There were a few minor hiccups after, however these were all dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner and overall the after sales were brilliant, which unfortunately you cannot say for a lot of dealerships.
I would have no problem recommending ad sales in the future and going back myself if I'm on the hunt for another car.

Biggest ripping off people I've ever bought a car of, bought a jaguar xe r sport had problem after problem first time it went back they didn't sort out any of the problems just lied saying they had sorted second time it went back same problems, got the car back same problems again took car back again for them to sort two weeks later get car back , yet again same problems took car back again to get sorted they said it's been to a jaguar technician. They brought me my car back when he passed me my car keys went to start car only to find car was still not right same problem don't buy a car from this company they low life just out to scam.

Three stars because despite the car being the best I've seen of the five I've viewed so far (and well prepared too) the salesman refused to let me drive it because he didn't want to have to clean it again afterwards, an odd stance when you're in business to sell cars. The unhelpful attitude gave me no confidence in any after sales care should there be an issue so I decided to look elsewhere.

Just bought a Audi A3 1.4 TFSI from this garage. From our first viewing of car through to the sale we had a good experience. The Salesman Stuart allowed husband and son in law to inspect car without hassle and pushy sales talk. Everything we asked he obliged with no question. Would definitely recommend this garage and have no hesitation in returning in the future.

Worst experience in buying a car. I bought a golf had three warning lights come on within 1 week of owning the car tyres keep deflating wireing been poor job electric mirrors not working absalotly appalling quality!!!!!!! I advise never use this company absalotly despicable.
