I switched banks to mount america several years ago and I still feel like I'm being treated with respect. You can get your debit card the same day instead of waiting for weeks and even when I don't get approved for a loan I am still happy when I leave the bank

My husband and I switched to this bank from Chase and we couldn't be more happy with that descision! I applied for a home loan with Samantha Everett and she is amazing! She is very personable, not to mention hilarious! She told me exactly what I needed to do in order to get pre-approved for the loan amount that I was hoping for and walked me through every step of the loan process. She took an hour and a half during that first meeting to explain how the loan would work and how long the process would take. She whipped out a pre-approval letter within minutes of me putting down an offer on a house. She is not pushy at all and makes sure that you are buying a home that is within your means. When things got kind of rocky with the loan in underwriting, she notified me immediately of any problem they encountered and told me exactly what I needed to do to make sure I got the house that I wanted. If you are thinking about applying for a home loan, talk to Samantha!

This could have been a one star, THANK YOU Solvanna Kanistanaux for pulling us out of the weeds. We applied on line to refi on car we just bought and 3 WEEKS LATER and 3 (LOST) online signed docs later we sat at the branch in Murray on a FRIDAY afternoon with EVERYONE and their dogs waiting to sign docs in person because the online person could not pull it off with the equipment she had . SO GRATEFUL that Solvanna knew what she was doing and got us signed and out the door. The worst part about signing in person is waiting in line not being able to make an appointment. THANK YOU SOVANNA!

I hardly write a negative reviews, however I think anyone going to this branch should know. I applied for a credit card with I think his name is Chris and he seemed like he really didn't like his job, I know they make commision for getting people a credit card so I was hoping that would make it so he would be more willing to work with me . He came back and gave me a relatively low limit with a higher interest rate I asked him is there anything at all that can be done? And he flat out says no. 2 months later I go into the American Fork branch and worked with this awesome girl named adrian she used my same credit application and I had the same credit score yet she trippled my credit limit and cut my Interest rate by more than half! I was so amazed at how different my experience was just by working with her. And on top of that I refinanced my truck with her and she gave me an amazing interest rate and lowerd my payment by $60 a month. If you want someone who's willing to go the extra mile it's worth the drive working with adrian in American fork! The staff down there is always nice and I always leave loving macu. However I feel the opposite at this location.
