We've been using iHorizon for about 8 months working with them on day to day accounting, co sec, EMI and preparation of annual accounts. Mohsin has handled the onboarding process professionally and thoroughly and has just passed us on to our new account manager.
We have been happy so far and has shown a huge improvement with the previous company we used in terms of deadlines, responsiveness etc. Would absolutely recommend.

We've been using these guys for about 3 years now and have been really pleased with the result. We've worked with them on fund raising, R&D tax credits as well as our day to day accounting and co-sec needs. There was some staff turnover back at the beginning, but we've had the same account manager for 2 years (Gregg) whose always been responsive, professional and reliable plus an experienced team behind him able to support on the more complex/nuanced questions that come up from time to time.

Worked with iHorizon for 4 years now. Overall I am INCREDIBLY happy of having moved to them from another bigger firm: much better advice for start-ups, knowledgeable and helpful. True, as some other reviews pointed out they did have an issue last year, but they recovered very well and have always been there when we really needed them. I am recommending them without hesitation.

The team at iHorizon are incredibly generous with their time. I have had several occasions where I needed advice that wasnt tied to an existing piece of paid work and they were always really responsive and happy to help without charging. They have a really good handle on the latest government policy and tax changes; are knowledgeable about business overseas; and are generally just a really nice bunch of people to work with (on a typically boring topic!)

I recently joined a session that iHorizon ran on EMI Option schemes.
I found it very useful and informative.
It was pitched at the right level for me and the team showed a good level of practical experience in administering these schemes for start-ups and thinking about the strategic side of what a business might want to do and why, as opposed to purely focusing on the technical side of what you are and are not allowed to do.
Their style/approach was engaging and friendly as well.
The fact that iHorizon ran this for free for some of their start-up network (non-clients) with no sales pitch linked to it is a good summary of what I know about them; always looking for ways they can support others and doing so in a helpful and engaging way.

BEWARE! DO NOT USE iHORIZON. Their terrible response times have set my business back months, and they GAVE INCORRECT ADVICE ON SEIS CLEARANCE.
I am so happy I left in time for a proper accountant to pick this up, as it would have cost me and my investors our tax claims.
I wish I had read some of the reviews before signing up with this unprofessional outfit.
