Complete lack of personal attention. They are not proactive at all and have given me incomplete information in a number of occasions leading to more hassle and paperwork for me. Like them failing to update my address with HMRC several times, them not closing my limited company when I asked them to... Their customer service really dropped after I stopped being their client, even though we were dealing with issues that were to do with oversights when I was. When I was a client new expenses would come up all the time that they had never told me about. Would NOT recommend working with them again.

They just don't care. They will keep charging you by direct debit without actually providing the service and when you ask them to stop direct debits they will ignore you.
