Really great. They have done my tax returns two years running. I thought I could do it myself this year as I don't have a very complicated assessment. The calculation seemed very high so I sent to Christian on NYE and the re-did it all and saved me a lot of money and all done within 2 days. I will never think I can do this myself again. Really great service.

He has had multiple disciplinary actions taken against him by the ICAEW (Institute of chartered accountants in England and Wales)
In one such instance he had seven CCJs filed totalling £21,370. He did not appear at his own hearing and has since been stripped of his chartered status for failing to pay the disciplinary fines.
Furthermore the US branch BAMBRIDGE US TAX LTD with a 'revenue of $2m' has £100 in the bank.. disgusting.

After reading all the positive reviews, I am still shocked by my horrible experience with Bambridge Accountants. I honestly don't know why my experience was so different from others here but even on my first consultation with Alistair, I found him impatient and brusque. Our first conversation was fairly generic as he explained in general terms of how to calculate our US/UK proportion of income. Within 1.5 hours of getting off the phone, they sent me an invoice for the call at £375/hour, which I promptly paid.
I didn't have the greatest feeling about Alistair after the call, but he did seem knowledgeable and he said he was happy to do the calculations I needed. I figured it was hard to get enough value out of an initial call because I really needed concrete calculations and numbers so I gave him the benefit of the doubt and sent him figures/docs for calculating my estimated taxes.
Over the next three weeks, I followed up three times to check on the status of the calculations. He never responded, even after his assistant said that she would have him look at it.
I finally gave up and told them I no longer needed their help, but they have still never responded or apologized for ignoring my request. This is definitely not a way to attract new clients!
