One of the worst customer service experiences I've had. No one asks if you need help and the manager couldn't even be bothered to get one of his staff to serve me at the till. And even then the lady that served me didn't even say hello let alone smile or say thank you... This is not uncommon for Halfords and for that reason I'll only ever shop there if I have to.
