Worse branch!! I just ordered a USB port and expected to receive it in 5min. Been waiting for 45min with my 1yrs old daughter. It's not good at all. The staff kept asked me what's part I ordered twice. Lastly, the manager found it behind till. The manager apologies but it's not enough. Now I'm not satisfied with this product and want to refund it I still don't want to go back to this branch again. I will find another branch

I don't know if I need to give one star but clearly this branch is getting the whole customer experience wrong. 3 tills are available and you have people awaiting outside the in the cold to adhere to the COVID provision but you can't open 2 till and instead have 1 till serving. The average outside the cold is 15-20min before you get inside and then be seen. Average waiting inside is 10-15min. Get more staff. Customers reading this, go elsewhere if you can

This is genuisnly the worst parts store in London. The front desk people could not care less about the customers or the service they provide. Genuinely the worst service ever. Its like they hate their job. Very unprofessional. Parts take over 1 hour to come out at times even when there is 2 customers in the store. Its insane. The tall European guy literally tells every customer "stop wasting my time"...its literally a circus...

I've only read the last 3-4 reviews on here and have to completely agree, worst service at the front counter i think i've ever experienced anywhere in my life, rude, unhelpful, complete lack of care for customers. Received an email saying to come and collect parts, waited nearly an hour to be served only to be told parts hadn't arrived. Truly an awful place with awful staff. Genuinely shocked.

They sent me a battery that was advertised as for my car but was the wrong size and spec. I tried to contact customer service by email and live web support and never got any reply whatsoever. I tried calling and was on the line for a very long time with no answer. If you are going to buy from them, make sure you use Paypal or at least a credit card for the extra protection they give you.

Not a great experience. Staff seems to prefer and enjoy colleague bounter far more than actually serving customers. I was simply put on hold while a staff member continued his conversation with his colleague about their personal lifestyle preferences. When satisfied, he finally turned his attention to me... applaud really.

90 minutes parking free if shopping in tesco. The spaces are a bit tight when parked between other cars. If you need those extra inches to come out of your car park at the end spaces. This car park is a few minutes walk from Brixton town centre.

ordered online service was so poor when i arrived ro collect.I had to go to a local garage and repeat the same order and they got it and delivered it with in 20mins so it seems that the independent customers get a lesser service in comparison to what i experienced. equality and diversity springs to mind eurocar parts please look into this before we leave europe.

I usually visit my local euro car parts. Staff is very friendly. The only thing that frustrates me is that after you turned up and expecting you will get what you are looking. It's not there. Either you have to order and wait for the next day delivery or look somewhere else. However saying that, it is a place I do recommend to visit and shop.

Don’t waste your time unless you like wasting it... Understaffed. Untrained. Went there in the morning to get brake bass and discs.. The que was made of 5 people and 1 person serving. Waited 15 min than I went to come back at 1330 to wait another further 35 min to get served. The guy was helpful and checked my discs pads number in my car as there ware 2 different options on the pads ..The best thing is that they have me the wrong discs!!!! So I lost 2 h of my life and dealing with this. Is it worth it ? No
