Particularly unhelpful staff. Went in and politely asked for a pair of head light bulbs. Stated make and year of model and Reg (they can look it up from this info). Grumpy Chops says “two three or four pins”? I said I didn’t know can he look it up please? Nope he couldn’t, so off to Halfords I went. It’s not difficult. If you don’t like helping people don’t work in a customer facing job.

Every time I go there I feel like a bit of a sub human. Macho attitude to make you feel little and push you to buy a £100 battery for a £800 worth Peugeot and so on and so forth. I've been to better branches of Euro Car Parts.
