Front head lamp and brake light along with a new rear wiper, all done within 5 mins max by Nicholas. He's a total ninja around a car, and a good bloke too! Very good price for parts and service. I recommend highly

I recently had my bike repaired and I was blown away by the service that Carmel gave! So much so, that I live in Ealing but I'd rather take my bike for a service there, than Halfords in Ealing. Great work!

While in this branch yesterday 31/8/19 buying a few bits for my car, I witnessed a unbelievable rude employee (guessing he was the manager) I head the name Reece (not sure it’s the mangers name ) however the employee was very rude and full of attitude towards an elderly couple that seem to have an issue with a battery, the employee was raising his voice And talking down to this couple I was totally discussed and like many other customers was watching this unfold at one point it was heard by the employee that there was a fault with the battery that had been course by there car, but then contradicted him self saying that it did the same fault while charging in store. At this point a customer approach to try and defend the old couple however the manager told this person to be quite and mind his own business!
The employee then bought the battery out on a trolly told the old couple to take the battery off the trolly and leave, I was horrified it was a big battery and the old couple clearly had issues getting it out I did offer myself. I’m utterly ly applaud by the events that happened to this poor old couple BALHAM store if this was the manager you are an arrogant stuck up pig of a man and I like some of the others that witnessed this will not be using this store again !!! A Official complaint will be going in on this employee that has customer service skills of a baboon

I've always found the staff here really knowledgeable and friendly - they're busy but they know their stuff. Want to thank Kayum especially for getting me back on the road after I came off my bike, for making sure my bike was fixed quickly, and was safe for me to ride. He listened to me and explained what was happening at every stage. Excellent customer service!

I recently visited Halford, Balham to purchase a Blackvue 900s 2 ch dashcam. I discussed the purchase and fitting with the store manager (Mark) as I had a number of reservations about Halfords fitting the camera in my brand new car. Nothing personal, just that Halfords are known to change bulbs, wipers etc and not really known to be experts more widely. Mark assured me that his fitter (Nick) was an experienced professional. He was certainly right, Nick fitted my cameras with diligence and took his time, no shortcuts and really took pride in his work. I couldn't recommend these guys enough, Mark and Nick are both outstanding and an asset to Halfords.
On a separate point, I sincerely hope that Halfords would invest more on their headcount and support in store. Every store I visit around London just does not have enough staff forcing customer to have a poor experience in waiting to see someone, even though in my experience they were very competent people once I could find them available.
Thank you Mark and Nick for great service! Im a very happy customer.

Took my daughter's bike for it's after sales service. The guy put FAR too much pressure in the tyre and when I got home and lifted it out of the car, the tyre was flat. I checked the inner tube and it was slip right by the valve. I phoned Halfords and they were having none of it!!! Their lousy Service caused more damage than good.

The woman at the Bike section is absolutely ridiculous!
I called in to get my gears adjusted and the person on the phone said their actual bike expert isn't in the store but they had someone in store to deal with minor bike repairs and adjustments.
When I arrived and saw her, all she said was she's really busy and she has to build 2 bikes and she doesn't have any time for me. Absolutely ridiculous! Especially because I've watched some YouTube videos and figured out that it was just a 1-2 minute job of simply rotating the rear adjuster at the gears.
In hindsight I'm glad I saved a few pounds but the service she gave me was so horrible! I carried my bike in my car all the way there and was told straight in my face that she has no time.
A few seconds caring for a valued customer wouldn't have killed her. I'll go elsewhere for bike repairs from now on.

Possibly the worst stocked Halfords I have ever been to. I needed and overpriced headlight bulb but nothing. Only those very overpriced 'extra' bulbs on the shelf and no pricing for them. Uninterested staff .

Lost a sale to me as they wouldn't lend me a pedal spanner for 5 minutes, to fit the pedals I was about to buy. Wanted to charge me £3 for them to do it for me. I would not trust them with my cranks. Going to a normal bike shop that understands customer service.

Shocking customer service. Understaffed and unhelpful. Broke my left cleat on the way to a race. Popped in to Halfords, guy sold me the wrong cleats, assured me they were the right size. Asked him to double check but he said he was too busy. Cleats are out of the box now so I can't return.

Had my car vandalised with spray paint all the way along the side... After a small cry I drove to Tooting Halfords where Nick saved me. He appeared with some magic tcup stuff and removed the paint using his own cloth... My tears of sadness turned to tears of joy. Nick you’re awesome ????????????

Total jokers working here waiting to be served for good twenty minutes .not busy staff rotating around store one at bike desk and one at cash desk at front.I asked for help the english guy with the beard disappeared and was talking to his colleague at the front and then started doing something else .Head office should come here as a mystery shopper and see what that customers go through could wait and die here and rot and the staff are too dopey to care. Spent my money elsewhere

MALE staff at main counter very disengaged and laid back when I asked politely to open the shelf for me to check for a product, I assumed he went away to get the key but never came back so I went! PS SHOP WAS VERY QUIET NO COSTUMER, SO NO EXCUSSES!

Terrible service! Deserves no stars at all. The staff are incompetent and lazy. They did not want to fit my daughters car seat (came up with any excuse they could think of).
When asked where something was they just pointed to the section but did not show us the product or explain what was required to fit it even though we asked.
Head office needs to come to this store!
I will be making a formal complaint also.

Non existent customer service, be it at the bike hut or cashiers. I'm always left hanging around for prolonged periods without anyone acknowledging my existence or apologising for the delay. More than once I left items at the cashiers after having waited in a long queue without any signs of it moving or an idea what's causing the delay. It's a shame really because I was happy to have a large Halfords so close to home. Avoid this branch unless you really have to.

Good size shop but staff are rubish: sat pm, shop nearly empty, we spend 20min looking at bikes, no one comes to assist us or unlock the bikes we can't get out. I am going to Decathlon where the staff is helpful.

The customer service is awful when there is any. Why can't they employ more staff? You wander around trying to find a sales associate and when you get one they are either nonchalant and too frazzled to help. May as well go on line. Cheaper as well. Not recommended.

This is the ever worst service which any of the Halfords in the whole UK can offer. 1st of all less staff, secondly whichever is available full with incompetence, laziness, no plan to work at their shifts.
Will never ever recommend Halfords to anyone. No way.

I didnt have a good experience today. Most of the staff seemed annoyed about something. Waited for an item for nearly 20 minutes to find that it is on display but not in stock. There seemed to be lack of team spirit.
