Avoid this store at all costs, complete rip off and dishonest practices.
I took my son's iPhone in for a new battery, for which they wanted £50 cash and an hour to make the replacement.
After an hour the phone was ready, so when I picked it up I checked the Battery Health (Setting>Battery>Battery Health) and with the 'new' battery it was showing 86%.
I questioned the guy in the store and he said that there is nothing wrong with the battery and that after a charge it will be at 100% and if it was not, then it was most likely a problem with the motherboard and that he would then have to replace that if that was the case. (As I am a tech guy I knew this was rubbish).
I made it clear to the guy that if it was not showing 100% after a complete charge I would be back for a replacement battery.
Well after walking down the street my son noticed a blue dot on one part of the screen. We took the phone back and apparently he had not done up one of the screws correctly, so he had to open the phone up again and screw in the screw correctly.
The next day when using the phone it shut down with a message saying the device has detected a problem with the battery and shutdown and Performance Management had been applied to stop it happening again.
I took the phone back to the shop and showed him the message and the Maximum Battery Capacity still at 86% to which he offered to install another battery the next day as he did not have stock.
Instead of this I went to a different shop (The Phone Workshop) a few doors down and asked him to install a new battery and give me the one that was in the phone so I could return it. This was done in 30 minutes and now the phone showed a battery health of 100%.
The ‘new’ battery that was taken out by The Phone Workshop that I have returned to these criminals at Raj’s 59 was obviously a second hand already used battery that had been removed from another device and sold to me as ‘new’. These guys charged more for installing a used battery than it cost me for the new one from the guys at The Phone Workshop.
Stay away from this store, they are dishonest and not trustworthy.
If you want good service just walk a few doors down and see the guys at The Phone Workshop, (the shop with the green front) they polite, quick and honest.

Very poor service, replaced iPhone 7 screen in under half an hour for £70 but with a poor quality budget screen. Touch screen around the edges of the phone does not work and the screen often completely stops responding to touch unless phone is turned off and back on. When I went in to see them about the issues they denied the till receipt was there’s, and refused to fix. I would never recommend this shop, and would suggest people avoid getting shoddy repairs done here.
