Me and my husband we both where served by the same member od staff ( Shaheed ). He offered us great customer service. He was extremely helpful and patient with us. Me and my husband, we both got galaxy S10. We would definitely recommend EE to our friends and family because of the great customer service we both received in the store from Shaheed.

Shocked by my experience at the ee store in slough. Spoke to advisor sohail who was completely unhelpful and came across with a very blunt ' can't be bothered ' attitude and little product knowledge which was not reassuring at all. Very shameful for a company of such stature to keep staff like this in a store.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been an EE customer for years and they have always been helpful, surely there must be something wrong with the slough branch. I can't believe how rudely I was spoken to and the staff openly refused to help me. I believe the staff member's name was Raj which he tried to hide obviously because he knew he behaved wrongly. He then told me "today is not the day to get smart with me" because I asked him a question. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! If you don't want to help customers maybe you need to change your job.

Signs of BTs retarted corperate ethos showing. I had been with EE for many years but when i decided to get a new phone they wanted to charge me £48 per month for an old Sony phone that was half the price else where. Got a Samsung S7 at O2 for £27 per month.

Went into the shop twise and waited 30 minutes and walked out without beeing seen twice.
Not enough stuff in a busy shop. And not really friendly.
