DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR From AGGIE and JACK Today, Rude and so unhelpful I will now be cancelling my five new tariffs for my company. JACK tried to become aggressive and threatening and AGGIE asked him to go into the back, which he started arguing with the Manager..AGGIE, said she could not help me with any of my enquiries and I had to contact customer service as she can do nothing in the store as they have a new system now...Why is there a shop?? Is this the staff O2 want for there brand? I will now be taking legal counsel with reference JACK as I have been an O2 customer since 1996 SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE....

Service from Chloe was amazing, couldn’t have been more helpful. Smoothest upgrade ever. Thank-you Shame your colleagues had absolutely no interest in getting off their chairs to recycle or transfer my data the next day - they couldn’t have been less helpful if they tried!

Bad service... The sales assistant was not helpful at all. The store was empty and as I came in I could see she was busy on her mobile. I wanted to pay the remaining of my handset to which she replied I had to call 02 for them to do it... I knew she couldn't be bothered in doing her job! Terrible!!!

The staff can't be bothered with you hard to understand, and they don't seem to be listening to you, to busy on their phones, that's the youth if today. When I'm in Eastbourne I go to their shop differant ball game excellent service.

(* a minor network outrage 10 years ago left without service for 7 hrs - in the grand scheme of things it was no biggie. These things happen) 100% customer ????

Really rude staff. Went in to get my phone unlocked and was sat in front of someone who didn't know what they were doing. A lady came over to 'help' and was unbelievably rude, kept tutting at me, before saying computer says no you need to call customer services. Waste of 15 minutes. Call customer services far friendlier and more willing to help.

Bit of a shame really, I needed a simcard for my dongle and was sold a simcard for Ipad's.. Called up customers service and they told me the girl in the shop had sold me the wrong type of simcard. When I went back the following day to replace it and told the same girl what she sold me was wrong she actually tutted, didn't apologise or give any sort of information only until she asked me to put my card into the machine did I realise she was just refunding me. Then when I spoke to the manager he said they haven't had any other simcards in the store for ages. Also with no apologies. Pretty bad customer service. Both of them didn't really seem like they wanted to be there. Made me feel like I was more of an inconvenience then anything else . So I decided to take my business to vodafone who were a lot more friendly and cooperative!

Never answer their phone and the service is non exsistant. I am now on my fourth iPhone and they do not want to know. They say all the problems are isolated but as I'm waiting in the shop there are several other people with the same problems who are also being fobbed off with lies.
