Avoid at all cost. 24 months warranty is a hoax, when something is wrong with your product they will simply use "Water Damage as an excuse and Warranty is Void" big theives and rude customer service

Store is extremely hot, NO AIR CON?? Thought it would be a given due to all the electrical items, surely they are suppose to be kept cool? Not a nice environment for customers or their staff (girls were very good, great service considering the unbearable heat!) Manager sort it out!!!

Not too much stock (compared to other Stores, meaning you aren't overloaded and it's much easier to find what you are after, if you are after anything of course) but when I couldn't find a Film I was looking for (that I knew was in stock as I had checked online), I asked a member of Staff at the Counter, they weren't enthusiastic at all and just sent me to go look for it again.

Went to this branch to buy some blurays and games today. One boxset was so scratched up it couldn't be played, they couldn't find the discs to another box set, another bluray was scratched up and unplayable and the other bluray had the main disc missing. An Xbox 360 game I tried to buy was also scratched up and unplayable. The staff offered to clean the game but I had no time to wait. So basically, I went in, chose 5 items, wanted to pay for them but came out empty handed because all of the stock was either damaged or 'lost'. Poor old CeX, as the High Street dies a slow death, CeX can't even take money off willing customers now. This branch will be gone in a year, two years tops.

This is the best place to buy good iPhones or electronic games for the kids at reasonable prices, also allows trade of Older model phones and devices for good price voucher to use towards new. They service staff are friendly and helpful all the time! Oh not to mention when something breaks they repair it no questions asked at good price

Awful. Avoid buying anything in this store. I have bought a phone and stop working next day( not charging) took it back to the store and they want to offer me the refund for a faulty phone. not the money i paid for it!! Despite the 30 days return policy.If you want to buy anything second hand try somewhere else ( ebay probably)
