Have tried to rip me off and not communicated information to me on many occasions. Always has to be corrected by the staff on the phone. Will not be returning. Recommend you avoid.

I was not looking forward going back into the store, however I had no choice. I was served after a little bit of a wait, by a young chap called Matthew. He was new as I have not seen him before, he took my query seriously and solved my issue. I told him about how different the experience was from a few months ago. Apparently he is the new manager and changed the ethos of the team, from what I saw he has. I hope that he can maintain the level of customer support.

Went there a couple weeks ago. The employees are incredibly rude, they prefer to play games or watch sports on their phones rather than helping customers. It seems like this new team like to make fun of foreigners as well...
Last year, I remember going there and two very nice girls helped me get my new iPhone and data plan they were professional, polite, patient and super helpful, but it looks like things have changed.
From now on if I need something I will call EE directly or chat with them online.
I do not recommend at all, if you want to be treated properly do not go to this shop.
