O2 in Windsor said my phone was broken, they would send it away to see if it could be repaired but chances were I would lose everything on it. Luckily I thought I might as well ask in Sanbei if they could help, as I was walking past. He had it working again in less than a minute - it had just crashed and I hadn't pressed the buttons hard enough or long enough to trigger a reboot! No charge, really helpful and polite - unlike O2 who I pay my bills to. So grateful and can't recommend Sanbei highly enough.

I took my phone in for repair, 4 months later and 4 attempts to fix and the phones microphone is still not working correctly. They may have more success fixing bicycles at least they’d be able to see the chain is off.
Update:: I took the phone to another repair shop and was told a second hand logic board had previously been installed. It was in poor condition rendering the phone beyond economical repair.

I have lost my cell phone charger and after that, I have purchased 2 chargers but none of them work well. Then I purchased the charger from this company. I must have to say that this is the awesome charger that I have ever seen.

In my country they open the glass to see if it is the good one and here I do it myself because he didn't do it and it was not the good one and I paid for it. How you can understand I wanted my money back and I put it back how it was and he didn't give me the money back. I never will recommend this place

Asked to put a glass on my s10 plus. The guy showed me one similar. Said he would put it on and for me to come back. The one he put on had a whole where the finger print should be and was not the same one as he had showed. I demanded a refund and he said no.AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Left my phone here to have my screen replaced after a small crack prevented half the screen from functioning. After 6 weeks I was finally told that they were unable to fix it and that I was entitled to a full refund. That was all well and good, BUT the state in which I found my phone was disgusting. Multiple new cracks on the screen, even part of a corner was missing, in addition to various scratches all over the body. Whatever you do, DO NOT let them destroy your phone!!

Worst customer experience I have ever received.
Poor account keeping, lost invoices, poor record keeping.
Rude to older customers who may not be familiar with current terminology.
Phone repaired for broken screen but came back with broken charge port.
Sales assistance seem to have no technical capabilities and I believe all repairs are conducted 3rd party and at an off sight service center.
Couldn't recommend to stay away more, go to CEX or literally ANYWHERE else. Place should be shut down for ignoring trading standards and moving customer repairs to another agency without permission.

Paid to have a tablet tested and expected to be told what needed fixing. Instead got a vague message that it might be one thing or it might be another or it could be both. So £45 or £90. I didn't go ahead but they still kept half of the money for the non-existant testing service. Never using them again!

Unfortunately, the service received here was very poor. Repeatedly slow and late with their service, they did not return phone calls nor provide order updates as promised and messages were mixed depending who you spoke to. When they eventually returned the handset they did so in a questionable state and with an unidentified Asda sim card inside, offering a 'loose' explanation why this had happened. They have refused to provide a telephone number of a manager and a request for callback has been ignored.
Very disappointing.

Unfortunately not a good experience at all. I went in for a screen and battery replacement at £100 for my iphone and on receiving it back, the phone could no longer make calls - seemingly the microphone had become detached. On returning to the shop, the first thing i was told was "its not our problem" and when i enquired as to how we solve it they became very formal stating the warranty explicitly excludes them from all liability.Absolutely no recognition that "these things happen" or "we're sorry we'll see what we can do". While i asked for the managers details these were not given and when i asked if they were basically telling me if they were refusing to help and wanted me to leave, they said yes. During my 5 mins in the store 2 other clients came in dissatisfied and asked for their money back. I then had to go to the proper apple store where it was promptly sorted.

Truly awful
Dropped in iPad on a Monday for new screen after being told that I couldn't on Sunday.
I was told it would be 1-2 days and was made to pay £120up front, I needed the iPad for a meeting on weds night and this time frame was amazing, as other cheaper services would take five days, I thought I'd pay more to get it back in time.
On Wednesday at 6pm I CALLED THEM?!... Got some spiel about waiting for the part but was promised to be updated every step of the just like the other reviewer, this of course didnt happen.
Thursday...nothing
Friday...nothing
Saturday...nothing
I went in the following Sunday (I don't live in Windsor) was told there hasn't been any word.
By way of compensation I wanted £40 back I thought I deserved as I could have payed £80 and would have it back by now.
I was offered a screen protector !!!! Yeah a screen protector I can buy for a pound on eBay!!! That retails with them for £12.99
All this did was show just how much they mark up their prices!
I have asked for the manager to 'ok' my forty pound return since Wednesday and still I haven't heard from him.
Told 1-2 days......it took 8
Got a call Tuesday (after 8 days)
For the fourth time been offered a screen protector ...... Sigh

Terrible experience.
Gave my phone to be fixed as charger not working, paid £35.
Returned and the phone was now charging but the volume and back button was not working.
I took the phone back and was told by the little chubby red headed guy that i had broken it and i was lying.
He said he could send it away to be repaired but i would have to pay for it.
He gave me an email address to email which i have been emailing for a week and there has been no response.
Steer clear of this shop!!!
