Knew nothing about the brand but called in as I was looking to change my aging Audi. Was shown a number of cars and 2 were made available to test. Salesman was helpful and not at all pushy. When picking up the car a big thing was made of unveiling it (even though it wasn't new)- a thoroughly enjoyable moment!
