Excellent and speedy service
I was so relieved to find expert accountants in London who would understand my dual tax needs. I had to find a replacement US tax service quickly and got a helpful response overnight. Once I gave them my papers their turnaround was so efficient - I'm hugely impressed and very grateful. Their charge is reasonable too which I really appreciate.

This is my 2nd review of Bambridge Accts. I've been with them for 3 years for both my US and UK tax requirements. They're very efficient and attentive to what's needed and deadlines for both tax years. I've worked with them solely by phone or email. I'm confident they're preparing my taxes well and submitting useful tax returns for both countries. Their prices are also fair. I intend to stay with them into the future.

My previous accountant had miscalculated my tax three years running so was looking to find a new accountant to handle my tax return, I left it rather last min in Jan, so was expecting it to be expensive, but after shopping around for quote Bambridge was the best offer (with MU discount) for music specialist accounts. Jessica handled my account and despite being very close to the deadline, she was quick, efficient and turned it round in just a few days well in time for the Jan 31st cut off, will certainly be returning to them next year.

Absolutely the worst. I have been chasing Allistair Bambridge for over a year now to complete the tax return I have already paid for. He doesn’t return calls, and has now stopped answering my emails, instead Anna Heeey their senior marketing manager has contacted me to say despite me already having paid them, that I should take my return elsewhere to have it completed. Shockingly appalling business practices. Absolutely avoid these scam artists at all costs.

An excellent service which was promptly dealt with within a week and dispatched to the HMRC. I have now recommended a friend of mine to them. The only issue that I have is I sometimes don't know who I am actually dealing with as I reply to one email and another person answers. But thanks to whoever dealt with my accounts this year.

Alistair has helped me with my tax returns for two years and both him and his team have been brilliant. They've gone above and beyond to solve problems for me, including a difficult US tax problem handled by Callie that resulted in a large rebate. Jessica has completed my tax return this year in a matter of hours because I was under time pressure to apply for a mortgag. I'm really grateful for their help. Their knowledge and professionalism is unrivalled, I have and will continue to recommend them to others in my industry!

Very disappointed with the way Bambridge have been dealing with me in the past few months, even though I must say it started quite positively. It seems their standards have been going down awfully lately, and I now only ever hear from them for invoices and payments, but never to return the countless calls/emails I sent them with questions about my accounts. Really doesn't make you feel valued as a customer. It even seems some of their work has been quite sloppy, with unbalanced accounts and mistakes on returns. Alistair seemed like a genuinely nice guy but I'm saddened to say I had to leave Bambridge and wouldn't recommend them to any other business.

I foolishly thought I would be able to figure out my US taxes on my own (and made the bigger mistake of waiting until last minute to do them). Bambridge Accountants came to my rescue, did all the work for me with a super quick turnaround, AND were far cheaper than every other accountant I spoke with. I highly recommend them and definitely plan to use them for all my tax needs in the future.

Bambridge Accountants filed my US tax return and those for my 3 adult children.
