I'm so thankful to have found the Bambridge team, this is my 4th year with them and I never have to worry about a thing when it comes to tax season. Every month, they remind me when I need to upload documents to start my tax return, I submit everything online using their secure folder, and they contact me within a business day if I'm missing anything or to answer questions. It's good to know that Alistair and Callie always have their client's best interests in mind - thank you for giving me a call before tax season started to get me prepared and answering all my questions in regards my US pension and social security

I really enjoyed working with Alistair and his team. I had trouble securing timely assistance from my previous tax preparer and I was nervous about finding another service just a few weeks before the tax deadline, especially during such an unsual year.
The team answered my call and followed up right away. My taxes were completed within days. The team also was available over the weekend and took the time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend this service.

Tl;dr: stay away
After hiring him and paying for my tax preparation and receiving my initial information, he went two and a half months without any communication. I called and emailed multiple times a week for several weeks and got no response. Finally after about 11 weeks I got an email that started with "apologies for the delay". I spoke to him about this and he refused to acknowledge that this kind of delay was unacceptable and tried to defend this silence by stating that things can be busy during tax season.
It's also worth noting that since he's based in the UK and doesn't have a SSN, he cannot e-file your US taxes for you. This will lead to significant delays on the processing of your return by the IRS, and of course delays on refunds/payments from the IRS as a result.
Edit to response: The issue being mentioned here was unrelated to the main complaint, although it's worth mentioning that even this inquiry was not responded to promptly. If Bambridge Accountants responded as quickly to my enquiries as they did to this negative feedback, I would not have fired them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The company wasted 2 months of my time, gave incorrect advice and were very unprofessional; complete lack of communication and customer service. Not even common courtesy emails. You can expect to wait 2 weeks between getting any response and be left with no idea of whats going on. After waiting another 3 weeks again with no responses to emails and only ever speaking to a receptionist I've had enough. They are happy to sign you up and then....SILENCE!
