I went to Halfords on Sunday I was really pleased with the wide range of products that Halfords Has to offer, I would really recommend it, My good friend told me about their products but honestly I couldn't believe him. Please go and try Halfords. Due to the lovely service I had on Sunday I will always come back to use their services.

I walk out most times I go without buying anything. Not what it used to be. Oh and avoid the batteries as the warranty is a scam as their 'battery testers' always say the battery is good on a 1 year old battery that doesn't retain its charge and only holds just over half it's original rated capacity.

Terrible management, there a ludicrously long queue for click and collect, waiting for ages while one or two people fixed bikes. Surprise surprise the queue did not move. Please go to Decathlon to save time..

The staff are very helpful when in the shop but the people who pack the bikes into boxes are either blind or stupid... twice we've purchased a kids bike to take home and build our self and twice they've packed 2 completely different peddles. Now we have to make another journey to get the right peddle, my little boy is gutted he has to wait another day to ride he's bike.

Bought a kid bike some time ago. Took them a week to build and there was rust on it when I collected so they prob just gave me the display (and made me wait a week). Tyre of the bike went flat by the time I got home which I thought just needed inflating. Took me a while to find a pump that works as the pump I had for my road bike does not fit. And it went flat again in a month so it is prob a slow puncture.
Basically the most stressful purchase I ever made. Also had experience with halford autocentre which is not great so will avoid the same brand in the future.
