I thought that the arrangements made for selecting and delivering the car with social distancing were excellent. The process was clearly explained including the 14 day change your mind policy if you weren't happy having driven it for a couple of weeks. Excellent customer service.

Got my new car from frosts Shoreham and I love it! Was very happy with the help I got from Robert and Dino from the beginning to the end when I got my car! Ordered my 17 plate vauxhall astra 1.6t via email and phone calls, due too covid, and finance was simple. Dino was the sales guy who I was dealing with, what a nice human being, no pushy sales friendly polite honest and very down to earth.... Love the car. Love the process. Loved everything. Couldn't ask for a better service even if I tried. Will tell everyone I know about frosts cars and dino, how well of a good experience it was. And thank you again dino very much appreciated. A very friendly, amenable and easy transaction thanks to Dino. Part exchanged my BMW 320i for a little yellow Fiat 500. All social distancing/sanitising recommendations were carefully followed. Visited twice to view cars and decided we liked two and wanted to test drive them. Sales representative was rather rude and reluctant to let us test drive any cars, he couldn't understand why we'd even want to. Very strange and not pleasant. The salesman however did phone us later on that day and offer us a test drive on the two cars but I felt it was too little too late after the attitude we'd received earlier on in the day.

From my first phone contact with Robert when I was looking to buy a replacement for our Astra, through to Dino at Frosts Shoreham, my experience could not have been easier or more pleasant. Both were so professional and helpful without pressuring me at all. Robert located exactly what I was looking for and dealing with Dino in the showroom was an absolute pleasure. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and had thought of everything in order to make the experience as easy and pleasant as possible. He had even polished the car himself that morning, just to make sure it was perfect. We got a very fair exchange on our old car and Dino organised the road tax for me as i was sorting out the insurance. Additionally, my husband and I felt completely comfortable with the social distancing measures and sanitising stations in place and the whole car had been sanitised for us. Thank you Robert and Dino for excellent customer service, we are delighted with our new car - you both deserve 5 stars!

Just collected my new car from Frosts and I’m thrilled. This is the 2nd car I’ve bought from them via the amazing Dino – faultiness from start to finish. The car I traded in (purchased from Frosts) was a beauty and I didn’t have a single problem with her over 5 years. He went above and beyond this time as I’d never driven an automatic car/was a bit nervous and he organised another test drive a few days before collection and on the actual day to make me feel more confident. Wouldn’t hesitate in using Frosts – old school service that’s sadly very lacking in other dealerships.

I have known Dino for around 13/14 years now. Having sold me my Leon Cupra R way back when, I have been back time and time again. Most recently picking up the Range Rover Sport Frosts had for sale. He's catered not only for my personally, but my sister-in-law and also my company too. A truly first class service, where the customer actually matters! A very genuine and sincere service from the guys down at Frosts, a good place to buy a vehicle which I'd highly recommend.

I had a bit of a bad experience at another garage and was almost close to giving up getting a new car however saw a beautiful car at Frosts in Shoreham, I messaged them on live chat and was passed on to Dino. He called me straight away and had booked me in to come over that afternoon, when I got there he opened the car for me to have a look whilst he finished serving other customers. I noticed some small chips at the back of the car but staff were out polishing it to see if they cleared, when they didn't the offered to touch it up for me. Dino took me out in the car as I didn’t know the roads and it was busy. I decided to go for it, because of the bad experience I had a couple of weeks previous they gave me a good price to part ex my current car, they put a years MOT on the car, covered a years tax and Dino personally drove the car to my house when it was ready. He stayed in touch with me the whole time via phone and email and stuck to his word, he even brought me an Orchid when he delivered the car. Paper work was really easy and buying the car was straight forward, would highly recommend if your looking to buy then to ask for Dino, he really was brilliant and gave the best customer service!

Visited the showroom to view 2 cars that were showing on the website. Once finding a member of staff to talk to, we were informed that both cars were being used by staff that work Monday- Friday and so the cars were not there. Surely the weekends are the prime time for potential customers to view cars and you would ensure cars that are being advertised are available for viewing. Just lost a sale.

I took my car in for repair because the service light was coming on. You guys said You carried out full service and check for fault codes and told me everything was ok. Three days later the same service light came on. I took it back and they are saying it's the thermostat now. The same thing you guys did in 2017 you diagnosed the Car wrongly and charged me for what wasn't even wrong with the Car.

Excellent service received from start to finish in dealing with Frosts Shoreham. I arrived as the showroom was closing at 7pm to look at a car in the showroom. The salesman (Dino) told me to take as much time as I wanted to look around the car and to ask if I had any questions. It was lovely of him as I'm sure he just wanted to go home after a long day. I came back to test drive the car the next day and Dino again allowed me to take as much time as I wanted and I took the car for a long drive. Dino was very knowledgeable and I felt reassured by what he said with regards to aftercare, warranty etc. As a woman buying a car on my own I had found the prospect very daunting after visiting other garages with "hard sell" salesmen, however I was thoroughly looked after by Dino and I didn't feel he was trying to sell me the car at all, rather helping me to buy a car that I would be happy with. He arranged the sale efficiently and I was able to collect the fully serviced, cleaned and valeted car soon after. Very happy with my new car and special thanks to Dino.

I can't recommend Frosts of Shoreham highly enough. They - specifically Dino - made the whole experience of buying a new car painless and straightforward. Dino knew his stuff and could answer pretty much any question we had about the car we chose. We had a couple of choices in mind and he gave us his opinion without any sort of hard sell, which was very much appreciated. Booked a service and MOT last minute, Frost's were extremely accommodating giving me an ASAP appointment to fit in with my work. On my drive to frost's the weather was terrible and the traffic badly delayed but a call to frost's was handled brilliantly allowing me to put back my service time. We give the experience 5 stars as it deserves it.. we.can not fault the service given to us by Dino. When leaving us for a few minutes he first gave us coffee (which was very good!) and went through everything most carefully on his return. He took us for two short test drives, and made sure that we were happy with everything before we made our final choice. We especially liked the fact that Dino was not in the least "pushy" which many salesmen are! We both feel that buying from Frosts was the very best experience we have had when buying a car....... Keep up the good work!
