Frosts Cars - Shoreham-by-Sea

I bought a new Vauxhall its a nice little car but the handbrake ratchet didn't work properly, the car was recalled and repaired and we didnt think to much about it. This year the incident happened again, the car rolled into the house, we took it to Frosts who charged about £60 on for adjustments then said there was nothing wrong with it and said it was probably the wifes fault for not putting it properly. A couple of weeks later the car rolled across a carpark into another causing quite a bit of damage, it went to Frosts again but they didn't want to look at it because now they no longer dealt with Vauxhalls. It went to Steeles who instantly located the problem and repaired it, we haven't had any trouble with the car since. I contacted Frosts to make a complaint via facebook as I had no luck over the phone and received and was contacted by Jason Tubb. You would think that the man who deals with complaints would be pretty good at dealing with people, sadly despite chasing him several times he was pretty useless and to be honest never got any further than a "I will look into it" On top of this they let my warranty expire and im still trying to get my service book stamped for the 2nd service, despite loads of promises. I would really suggest that whatever you need for your car these clowns are not the people to do the work!!!

Frosts have done a recent repair on my vehicle taking out dents and respraying I very pleased with the finish thanks again.

not had great experience when we looked at buying a brand new car, the car salesman looked at us as if we COULD NOT AFFORD it, and told us "this car would cost quite a lot" So we went somewhere for the business as they did not appreciate.

Can't understand why parts cannot be posted . I am in need of a wiper blade which I can only get from my authorised dealer which is Frosts ,but must pick it up it person . I live miles away so this isn't viable . Basically told it's that or nothing , so I'm totally stuck !
