Purchased my new van from Frosts Shoreham a few weeks ago. Dino was so helpful and friendly and was more than happy to let me take a look around various vans without hassling me on the way (which I have previously experienced at other places). After deciding on a van, I was unable to drive the van away that day due to not being able to contact my insurance company on a Sunday! That was no problem, Dino personally delivered the van to my home address the next day (once I had sorted insurance) at no extra cost. The whole process was very smooth and I would definitely recommend. Thanks again Dino.

We bought a new to us car from Frosts Cars in Shoreham on Saturday 29th June and we couldn't be more happy with the service, attention and professionalism from all of the team there but especially Dino. No hard sell, extremely kind and attentive and the whole sale wrapped up in just a couple of hours. It's the smaller details that were particularly pleasing for us - we took our 4yr old son with us and even things like asking if it was ok to offer him a lolly instead of just giving him one and remembering his name throughout the experience was really thoughtful. We couldn't recommend this particular showroom and sales team highly enough.

I had a great experience buying a 2nd hand car from Frosts. While the purchase was very quick, smooth and friendly, after collection the car (Citroen C4) proved to have some defects (air con, rattling noise on motorway, spare key not working). The team at Frosts was very professional and went the extra mile not only to fix the issues, but also to minimize the impact of having to take the car back for repair. It convinced me that I made the right decision to buy from professionals instead of someone privately. This is a great dealership if you want to buy a 2nd hand car with some piece of mind

Frost of Shoreham has to be the best car sales in Sussex, from the minute we arrived to leaving with our Vauxhall Corsa it was like walking into our own home absolutely no pressure, DINO greeted us and couldn't have been more helpful, once I had decided what I wanted which was going from one car to the other, we went to Dino, there was no hassling from any of the team and when we walked in the whole team acknowledged us, DINO then sorted every thing out ,this is how buying a car should be, NO PRESSURE, FREINDLY & HELPFUL ????10✨✨✨

Excellent Service, bought my first 'proper' car from here and can't fault the service one bit.
Found a large scratch down the side, told the salesman, Dino, and he said he'd sort it by the time I pick it up.
Dino was very genuine and kept his word throughout, the process was incredibly smooth, mot'd, taxed, valeted and all papers sorted by the time I came to pick up a week later- even got some flowers for my mum!
Dealers can be hard to trust, but I'd trust these guys again.

We bought our car through Dino who surpassed our expectations with his service and attention to detail. He drove 100 miles to our home to collect us and take us to Frosts showroom. We did all the paperwork, had a cup of tea and then Dino drove us home in our car detailing the facilities of the vehicle en route. He then drove all the way back to Shoreham - a 400 mile round trip and all this on his day off. He provided an unbelievable service and Frosts are very fortunate to have him as a member of their staff.

They collected my old car and delivered the new one and it came with a new MOT and full service. I recommended them to my neighbour who went ahead and purchased a new car from them..

It's early days as I've only had the car for a day, but what I can say is that the whole thing from the initial phone call to enquire about the car right up to driving it away was an absolute pleasure. Literally cannot fault the customer service. I spoke with Tony over the phone to arrange the viewing and the sale was dealt with by Tom. Both were extremely helpful and made the whole thing so easy. They care about their customers and their show room is amazing. They went out their way to make sure my needs were met and even put a full tank of fuel in for me! I live in Reading so I was nervous about going all the way to Shoreham as it's a long old drive for something that may not have worked out, but they were brilliant and made sure the car was ready to go right away. Was ten out of ten recommend Frosts, not your average car dealers who only care about getting your money, they noticeably take pride in what they do, which after 60 years still shows more than ever. Thank you very much for a smooth sale and for giving me the car that I almost gave up hope of finding!

I can't speak highly enough about the salesmen at Frosts, especially Tom who looked after us and organised everything from start to finish! My Husband is disabled and wanted to buy his own car, we were guided through every step including, being put in touch with the specialist they use for disability adaptions which, was all organised for him. The car was even delivered to our home so that he could get used to it before driving on busy roads. The guys that delivered the car were also very efficient and friendly and we even received a beautiful display of tulips!

Changing the car can be exciting but, at the same time, a touch daunting - What am I going to get? Will it be what I need? Is it a vehicle I can trust? Any such uncertainties were dispelled when I dealt with Frosts. I found the right car, it was prepared impeccably, and the salesperson's help and support in the whole process were invaluable: polite yet friendly, highly informed, and very professional. I had a great experience purchasing my second hand car from Frosts of Shoreham. The staff were all friendly and extremely helpful. I was given all the information I needed but I wasn't pressured at all. Everything was very clearly explained and made very easy. I had a couple of small problems with my car over the following few weeks and this was sorted out very promptly and with no fuss. I'm completely happy with my new car and feel in good hands. As a relatively senior person in age, I have , over the last c.60 years, purchased // part exchanged many, many vehicles. May I say that my recent experience at Frost's (Shoreham) was,without doubt, the most enjoyable of all those that I can remember...the Staff were polite and friendly....they didn't display the normal "asking for a pound of flesh" attitude that, so often, I've encountered over those years...they were honest, open and fair in our dealings, relaxed, and without any 'pressurising' tactics....I felt satisfied with the p/x price for my old vehicle.....a quite unusual experience. Your 'Dino' virtually became a friend, and I would happily deal with him and your company again.Thank you for turning what is usually a stressful experience into something enjoyable.

Extremely poor test drive and customer service. Having seen a fantastic looking car online my friend and I went for a test drive hoping to purchase the same day. We were not asked a single question by the sales person throughout ! We sat in awkward silence waiting for some form of introduction or description of the car, it's spec and performance and nothing...From start to finish we had to prise information from him, it was like drawing blood from a stone.
Despite the complete lack of any passion, information or support of the sales person the car was actually very nice. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the sales persons engagement or the managers attitude.
Upon presenting a sensible offer of £15,500 for a £15,995 vehicle we were not phoned back all day and upon phoning the showroom back ourselves were told the best he would do is take 200 off, fair enough... However the condescending and quite frankly inherently rude tone and manor in which he 'wished me luck' with my car hunt and said if I asked for even another £5 off he would do the same was quite frankly appalling customer service. How these people have a functioning business is quite beyond my understanding. Horrific customer service!

I recently bought a wonderful Nissan Juke from Frosts Cars in Shoreham. I explained the type of car I was looking for and within 15 minutes a sales manager (Tim Wenham) phoned to say that there was a car to suit me in the showroom.
The purchase was easy and handled extremely efficiently. I was kept up to date with the progress of the car through servicing and valeting during the next few days. The car, though it's 3 years old, looked shiny and like brand new when it was delivered to my front door a few days later.
Throughout the process Tim Wenham was friendly and very helpful and answered all my questions, both technical and frivolous, with clarity and good humour as appropriate.
I had bought my two previous cars from new through Frosts, but this was my first used vehicle for 20 years, so I was a bit apprehensive. The information I received was always helpful and the support couldn't have been better if I'd been buying something top of the range, brand new and much more expensive!
I thoroughly recommend Frosts at Shoreham - good choice of vehicles, useful opening times, impeccable valeting, careful servicing and a charming and knowledgeable workforce. Even the coffee is quite drinkable.

I took my car into Frosts to be serviced and also because my car was taking forever to start and asked them to fix this as part of the service . They found loads of other stuff wrong with the car which I did not know about and charged me 930 pounds.
They told me the car started fine but straight after I drove away the same problem was there until it wouldnt start at all . So I needed my car for that day for work and they told me to deliver it to them and they would then charge me to fix it . I find this service appalling .
