I would make a complaint to head office re my last visit here however I would feel guilty as the individuals clearly wouldn't find employment anywhere else. The dim small minded employees I have obviously found their niche in life working in a second hand shop kiosk and writing their own creative positive reviews. Bless..

If you want to sell something prices are very low even though the product is completely new or just two days old. They are going to sell the same thing in very high price later on. I feel obnoxious about it.

great place. bought quite a few items at good prices. three weeks ago I bought a phone. yesterday it came up restricted so couldn't use it. took it back to the shop and the guys immediately went and put it right for me and got it working. cannot thank them enough for what they did with it. they always go above and beyond. definitely recommend them if your looking for anything

Not bad for buying old phones etc and cash is paid once the device is tested. The only cause for concern is I provided a boxed phone in perfect condition with all accessories and it was still rated B grade and from personal experience this is a company wide procedure which is done to keep the resale price lower to shift the devices more quickly.

Update: been there few days back , first of all there is no social distance system inside the shop or in the queue, the worst part was that I was in the queue and few guys just asked the staff to get served, staff did not do anything at all even though they knew I was in the queue but they chose to carry on with their business, therefore I have reduced the star rating to only 3 now , hope the sense prevail as they follow the guidelines during this difficult Covid 19 period.
Went to sell some games there. Given me the rate of the day which changes everyday i guess. Good customer service. As its based in the city centre therefore really hard to find free car parking space however you can find few pay and display service nearby so plan ahead if you going yo cex. Hope it helps.

First time I used this store, never again, tried to fleece me. Trying to add on extra charges even though I walked in prepared with web price - tried to sell them a mobile as a grade B which I was happy with despite phone being brand new un-used original packing label intact and screen cover from factory still on, but no original box as got it as free upgrade, tried to tell me that they would knock more money off as no charger supplied, the phone even when brand new DOES NOT come with a charger so how do you expect me to provide one, said they have to sell it with a charger (why? if a customer walked into O2 and bought it new he/she would not get a charger), dont see why I should have to pay for their out of obligation practices. Walked out and sold it online to Cex with no hassle as I have done many times before, no wonder the shop was so dead - Franchise owner -sort it out. Never had problems with any of the other Cex shops I would go to them instead.
