The assistant manager in this branch Jay is great and his staff are really helpful. Pity they do not work for a better company. Three's customer service is awful. I have now attempted seven times to get an iPhone unlocked that should never have been locked. It was bought outright not on a contract but locked to the first SIM used in it. WHY WHY WHY.

I have visited the shop 3 times in the last two weeks. The 1st time was to ask about getting my first touch screen. I spoke to the same lady all three times she was one of the managers of the shop and she was serving customers and helping other staff members at the same time. I did think that maybe the shop was so friendly because I wanted to buy something but the 2 other times I visited they were less busy and even more helpful. I was offered free lessons on using my phone and the staff were very patient and kind when helping me.

Popped in to three today with my wife to upgrade her phone. Was so quick and simple was impressed Laura who served us was super friendly and even though we'd done our research and knew what we wanted she still had a look for us to see if she could save is any extra money. We where in and out with a new phone in what felt like 15-20 mins. It was really good customer service and nonsense. It was a lot better then some of the other phone shops I've been to this year as someone who changes their phone very frequently I will bear this store in mind for my next purchase.

Very rude staff when speaking to them they were speaking very loudly to us and we did not raise our voice at all she was very argumentative explained I wanted to change the phone we had bought for a different one ripped us off with a contract that we could not change the phone absolutely disgusted ???? Think you need to hire some new staff that can talk to customers correctly and treat them with respect!

I was told on the phone by 3 when I ordered a new contract that I can hand the phone direct to the store there and then if I don't like the phone I ordered. The signal is shocking with this network so I said I want to hand the phone over. They refused in this store and I've been waiting on the phone for ages for a return. 3 network keep placing me in various ques and it's very frustrating. I will be complaining.

Worst customer experience ever! I visited the store to upgrade my mobile and i have to say if you want to be talked down to, treated like an idiot and laughed about behind your back then i reccomend this store, the lady who served us was unhelpful and argumentative, of course we had questions but i felt uncomfortable to even ask them, and then to see the lady laughing and pulling faces to her store manager about us behind her back is awful! you would not expect that in any industry! well i will never visit this 3 store again for help with my contract, i would rather travel further!

Firstly, upon entering the store all the staff were busy but I can't complain as usually if you walk by the staff are just sitting around talking so I'm giving it 2 stars based on the fact the staff approached me once they were free. I went in knowing what phone I wanted but I wanted to take a look prior to purchase. Disappointingly the phone are clamped so that you are unable to handle them. The staff knowledge was limited on the product and one of the main features of the phone was the speakers.. but there was no pre-loaded music for the staff to show me. The staff were very negative towards the phone I wanted telling me there's 'no wow factor' behind the speakers and that the screen is comparable to some other phone. In fact, the staff had nothing positive to say about the phone which ultimately ended in me leaving empty handed. The whole time he was telling me I should buy a Samsung which is significantly more expensive ( so my guess is they get a significant commission based on the sale ) and is not the phone I wanted. As a general overview the staff were pushy towards high end phones and didn't know much about the products they were selling.
