Amazing service, brother Nirmal gave us the best service possible, sorted out the broken screen within the time frame he gave us and as a goodwill gave us the tempered glass too. Would definitely reccomend this place. From older phones to the newest phones, with all accessories and the availability for a Sunday is remarkable.

Had my broken S9+ fixed about 4 months ago, and since week 2 I noticed problems but were minor, I did take it back to the shop but they found no fault, apparently there was a charging port issue which there wasnt! As it was working perfectly fine, it just needed a clean..
After 3-4 months the screen now does not work, there is NO physical damage, no marks, no scratches, no hairline cracks, no pressure marks!
Rang the shop a few weeks ago and they told me its £180 to repair, when it was their dodgy screen that caused the issue and they only give 3 month warranty.
Coincidence, I think not.
After reading the other reviews I was hesistant about coming here but now it was a £180 loss.

Came here with a broken, smashed screen and a home button which wasn’t functional. He charged me £65, and fixed it perfectly. Great screen fitted and it’s fully functional. He should’ve closed the store a lot earlier however this favour took a little longer, but definitely recommended!

My iPhone 7 Plus screen was smashed.
I went to the store and was attended to straight away.
Genuine part were used in the replacement.
The whole job took less than 30mins and the job was immaculate.
Great service from Nirmal who dealt with the service in a professional manner.
Excellent service all round.

I was at thıs store today and the servıce was excellent and outstandıng, I Just bought The iPhone XS Max ın an unbelıevable prıce I saved £250, the handset that I bought was a brand new handset and comes wıth hıs respectıve Apple warranty, I come always on thıs shop, because of theır great servıce, treat from part of the staff as they gıve advıce on anythıng, as well frıendly and great servıce ıs what anyone expects to have when you come to a store and thıs ıs the one that I use for ages, The store provıdes amy kınd of devıce avaılable, and The accesorıes for them, they have a massıve range of accessorıes for every devıce, also they do repaırs on mobıle phones and other electronıcs such as laptops on a hıgh standard, I can see that The competence are creatıng fake google accounts, then makıng them look legıt by doıng ramdom revıews on dıfferent places and then after a sort of tıme publıshıng fake revıews to thıs company. Dont trust The other revıews as they are fake.
Thıs place ıs the best place to come at. Thank you guys for makıng my day happy, excellent servıce, and prıce.

I've given 5-star to MIH communications at Melton Road for receiving the best service for my laptop repair.
I went to MIH for my laptop to be dual booted. Though it was a bit complicated, Nirmal - computer technician at MIH - took this job on his hand and very efficiently installed both systems. Even though he had to overcome a few unpredictable issues to complete the work but didn't charge anything extra and deliver the service with great satisfaction. I would appreciate the service at MIH and recommend also.

absolutely rubbish. Will not be going back - changed my screen and charged me £50.00. Just spoke to someone else and they could have done it for £30.00. 'Technician' is a wind up merchant. Keeps saying it's the 'Chinese screens, if you went apple they would charge 160.00'. Liar.
Since they have changed the screen, my battery has reduced in a short period of time.
They also give a free screen protector if you write a good review. Don't fall for it.

Had my iPhone screen repaired a couple of weeks ago since then it has not been properly responsive and has completely broke again worse then before! When I went back they tried to put the blame on me saying I must off put pressure on it! Felt like I was spoken down to and not valued as a customer they refused to repair unless I payed the full amount again! I would NEVER recommend this company they offer no guarantee so there for they can fob you off with any story they feel like on that day, really not happy with the service I have received. If I could off given zero stars then I would off. Stay away from this shambles off a 'company'
As to the response on this post it says it all, the way they speak to customers is a joke! I shall be seeking further advise! you speak to customers like rubbish! I have not broken my phone and obviously its is a fault off yours!

Pathetic customer service. Very rude and certainly not reliable. Gave my phone for repair and I was told that they will inform me in one or two days. It's been 24 days. Haven't received a single call. I kept on chasing them to get an update and but the same response I got everything time that they will call me . Finally when I got frustrated and complained about it the lady who works there on Tuesday said we have 1000 customers and you want us to call each of them. I am still waiting to get my phone back. I wanted to give 0 rating but there s nothing less than 1 star.

I've been to replace the back glass from a s6 edge and was a nightmare for me. First they put the glass wrong and when i show to them and tell to do it again they broke it and make a massive scuff to the metal side of the phone. After 3 days they replace it again, also wrong. "We will mount you the original glass in one hour and you will not see any difference!"...they didn't. Worst phone repair that i've been in my life

Was not impressed with service, extremely slow and unreliable. They 'repaired' something that wasn't even broken to then go on and charge more to repair what needed fixing in the first place. Trust the reviews and take your repair needs elsewhere.
