They opened between 12-4pm for collection. Arrived 12:35 to collect and they were closed and had gone for lunch already until nearly 1pm. The man identified as Shane, came back and I mentioned we have been waiting for a few minutes. Tried to understand how they were operating in case I come back in future, I can plan the best time to come so I avoid having to wait if I’m in a hurry. Unfortunately, he’s response seemed very rude and arrogant, his customer service appeared to be unprofessional and uncaring. His tone of voice seemed unapologetic and not bothered and told me to take it up with his bosses, because he is working alone and had to go for lunch 30 minutes in opening. He even spelt his name for me to go tell whoever I want. I didn’t understand it, maybe I was just the unlucky customer who caught him on a wrong day.

I purchased an Xperia on the advice of a member of staff, but I couldn't get the Sony app on the phone. I returned the item after getting on internet with the phone, only to be told that I could have a refund but in a voucher form. That's £68 down the drain. Never again.
Just had a reply from Kiran that didn't read read the post. I have a voucher this isn't a good will gesture and your staff need to be better informed of the products they sell. Including giving customers false information. Please read the post next time before replying.

Friendly staff, I find this store much better than the main one in the city centre. Although some services are not available here, such as selling non working phones what is not clear on Cex's website.

Went with my daughter who was in her element buying quite a few dvd's to add to her collection. Great choice and value for money. Lovely helpful staff. Unfortunately when we got home one of the box sets didn't have all the dvd's in it but not a problem, we popped back a couple of days later and they sorted it straight away. Very friendly and helpful will definately be returning.

Great little store, very helpful & knowledgeable staff working here too. It's handy for me, as I often commute through the shopping centre to and from work, so I'll often find myself popping in to see what bargains I can bag myself & see what little gems are nestled away in the pre-owned games sections.
The selection isn't too bad considering the size of the store, naturally it's not on the scale of their counterparts in the city centre, but it's generally better stocked & intuitively laid out, so you don't find yourself meandering around the store looking for a particular section.

Found 2nd hands goods more expensive than the new retail prices 2nd hand games sold at retail price but they only pay half the price to buy them leaves a bad taste to know they purely make money from the public with out handing down any off the savings
