I tell you what the audacity of some people on here do really make me sick. I was just going through the comments written by haters and scammers it crazy. I have been a customer for the last 16 years great service, great prices friendly chap always there to give good advice, very knoedgable in the field. What a great guy max is. Guy support this lad as you are not going to get better then this in leicester. You want good product and service then go to M.I.H COMMUNICATION.

Very disappointed with this shop, he says he sells original iphone earphones, it stopped working and they did not offer me a receipt upon my purchase at all. When it comes to me getting a refund or an exchange, he says my product was damaged by me when in fact their was no evident proof of the item being physically damaged if you were to examine it. Even when it’s the consumers right to get a refund, return or exchange when the item is not as described and it’s not the original apple product but a counterfeit. All of this happened under less than 30 days of me purchasing the item. I went to the Apple store and the have provided me a counterfeit letter confirming they are selling fake items as originals. The ethics is absolutely bad as well, there is no way this shop knows how to do business properly at all, he has failed to show good customer service as well, talking arrogantly when I brought this issue up. The weird the bit is he is saying I am scamming him, when basically I got a full proof of him agreeing of himself of actually selling the item in a recording. so speaking about evidence I have it right there. If you were to get your headphones as it is and compare it to the original, there are major differences which you would realise later on. The worst bit is about disgusting practice is that you initially gave me a wrong name initially saying it was your name but turned out your name was Maqbul. You have also reviewed your own business so as far as I am aware that's disgusting practice in itself. Nevertheless who talks to their customers with abosulute disrespect especially when replying to the problems you have caused them in the first place. And Max or Maqbul whatever your name is, I added a screenshot of you reviewing your own business which is not even good and it should disgust you a lot.

First of all the quality was HORRIFYING we brought 2 iphone chargers in mid april and exchanged one instantly as it did not work after the first use. Now the second charger is not working aswell after a few weeks. fake chargers defo from china as they are nowhere near the quality of apple chargers. terrible customer service, so rude and disrespectful. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. DEFINITELY 'PROFESSIONAL' FRAUDSTERS.

Rip off Merchant. Sold me cheap China goods claiming it was original Samsung fast charging wire. Also bought a speaker from there £30 didn't work after 3 weeks. Went back denies he ever sold it. Looked online same speaker + few other shops local were selling for £10. Devious dealer. The good rating they do have are from friends. How do I know. I'm local, so I know they are fake. Advice to owners. Your pricing is extortion, at least provide quality then maybe you won't get so many bad reviews

I brought down my samsung s6 to Max at MIH because I wanted a second opinion in respect to have taken my phone to Samsung High Cross shop. Samsung were going to charge me in excess of £200 to repair my phone and explained that it would be uneconomical to repair and continued to show me new handsets. They recommended three issues to be put right including according to them they had done a UV test on the screen and found that the screen was blanked out completely ,not working, because there had been a leak from the screen into the back. This was from a visible scratch on the surface. I showed the phone to Max and he said it could be the screen or the IC unit inside. The screen cost inc supply and fit would be £150 and the IC unit would be £60 supplied and fitted. He also pointed out that the scratch on the surface was only superficial and there was no link to that to any leakage as was stated by Samsung. Anyway the issue was the IC unit and I got that changed and nothing to do with the screen. MY NOTEWORTHY OPINION is if you ever go to Samsung for repair whatever you do make sure you get a second opinion because they basically, to me, lied out of their teeth. I sent a message to the CEO of Samsung via their UK website which you can do and having explained everything in terms of experiences at both repair centres they actually blocked my email on my second email response from Samsung's CEO: Dear Mr Safdar, Thank you for your recent email to the CEO of Samsung UK. I am sorry to learn of your dissatisfaction with the service received when seeking support through our Leicester store and hope that I can provide some clarification. As you understand, Samsung as manufacturer of your handset provide support through repair. Should any damage be found to a product, this would incur a charge to repair as this would not be covered by the warranty. Irrespective of whether this damage directly relates to the reported fault, the inspection would be halted as the damage will invalidate the warranty of the product as a whole and the warranty would not be reinstated until such time as the damage is rectified through a chargeable service. Our service centre teams can provide advice should they view the repair to exceed the value of the handset and provide other options should a customer not wish to proceed. I understand that you have visited another service location which would appear to be an independent/non-Samsung business. This is of course your decision, however this may invalidate the warranty if a repair has been completed through a non-Samsung-accredited organisation, and until the service is completed on the remaining areas of the handset this would remain outside of warranty support. We are of course disappointed to learn that this experience has led you to no longer wish to be a Samsung customer, but trust that the above provides some confirmation of our processes and position. I had I phone 5 went there to fix the screen it was crack the guy fixed it then he gave three month warenty but same time I check the phone the touch won’t work and I ask him why he goes it should be ok don’t waste your money there
