Over two floors, this store has almost everything the London does had. The refurbishment of the makeup department looks great. A pharmacy section, optometrist, lunch time food, makeup, perfume and the usual healthcare needs. Lovely store with lovely staff.

The staff here are always friendly and always go out of their way to ensure a timely service which is quite tricky sometimes, as it always seems to be fairly busy. There is a nice amount of seating, which is cosy too. It is literally in the centre of Crowthorne "High street" so it's nice and handy.
I've never really had an issue here apart from the tables sometimes being a bit unclean, hence the score just being short of 5 stars. That being said, I feel it is only because they seem to have few staff and like I said before about them being a bit busy.
