Best Pharmacy in town centre!
I went a couple of days ago to pickup a prescription for myself. They had prepared my medication, asked me a couple of questions and informed me about the various side effects.
The pharmacist and the pharmacy assistants were so polite and genuinely happy to help!
Whenever I walk in other big-chain Pharmacies I feel miserable and sad, however Superdrug Pharmacies are always a vibrant and positive environment!

Store staff are incredibly rude and think it's okay to bully people (including the assistant manager). Complaints team have not even responded to my complaint, I will not be purchasing from Superdrug again if they are ignoring my concerns of these bullies in store, rather spend my money at another store like Boots, or even just online stores which offer excellent customer service now

I received the most lovely greeting this morning from one of the staff which really made my day. The store itself was well laid out, whilst being spacious, clean and no staff stood around gossiping unlike some other stores

Went in on Thursday - late night shopping. I was looking for foundation to complete the '3 for 2' offer. I asked a girl for some advice and she literally gave up half an hour of her time to help me out. She was super helpful and not annoyed when I tried to explain what I was looking for. Which included something that fit 'looking flawless, but not covered' despite trying nearly every foundation in the shop we finally found one! I then asked for advice on matte lipstick and liquid eyeliner. She offered loads of recommendations based on what she and her colleagues suggest. Was great! The woman on the counter was a bit grumpy though

This is a small-sized store located ground floor in the Broad Street Mall.
There is only a limited selection of products available to choose from. I have visited several times and I've hardly been able to find what I'm looking for. Despite the lack of choice, the store is always in an immaculate condition and the staff always polite and friendly.

Great place for make up with lots of brands and product availability but the customer service is terrible when it comes to refunds or exchange. Very rude and act like they are doing you some kind of favour even though it's your right under consumer rights. I returned product wirh proof of purchase and it was still completely sealed. The manager's attitude was unacceptable, saying it's our good will that we let u exchange.like seriously ???? never faced any problem with Boots
