Currently dealing with problems The vehicle they sold me does not match the VIN numbers on the title in any way I am incredibly uncomfortable about this and as this is pending three stars. I'm hoping they'll be taking the vehicle back and will be RETURNING MY MONEY with an apology and IF SO THEY DESERVE FIVE STARS otherwise it is very likely that it'll be repositioned to one star

I bought my very first "new" pickup (2019 FORD F-250 XL Crew Cab 8' Box 176" Wheel Base, 220" Overall Length, FX4 Package It's a Beast) from Phil Long FORD of Chapel Hills on 13SEP18. Because I'm not a mechanic, nor do I have many tools, let alone a place to work on my pickup, I also purchased an extended service plan that day. I pay $0.00 for services from 0 miles to 200,000 miles. I take my pickup to Phil Long of Motor City for all scheduled services. I simply call the Service Department and head towards the Dealership, no waiting, except for the service to be completed. The Service Department is always clean. The Staff is always friendly, helpful and would be attentive to my needs. (I have very few needs but if I had any, they would be attentive to them.) The Mechanics or (Technicians) I guess, are extremely careful when moving and servicing my pickup. It's always difficult for me to watch the technician move my pickup into the Service Bay, yet it's interesting to watch. (Read the description above and you'll understand why I say it's difficult for me to watch.) The Service Bay is really not built for a vehicle as large as mine. The technicians do a masterful job in navigating the labyrinth. The lead technician (I think) videos the entire service, and sends the video to me. I like this practice. It makes me feel important and respected. It also makes me want to return for the next service. So, thank you Phil Long of Motor City, Service Department. I look forward to seeing you again.

Had one of the dealership run our credit with out any kind of permission then had another tell us we were approved just to come back and tell us we weren't and I'm pretty sure they did that so they can swindle us out of the 3000 Dollar down payment they already got from us..we were now told that we are not getting financed they want the car back and they're going to keep the money.if that's not a way to take people's money from people as a con I don't know what is.i have my own customers and would never think about swindling any of them out of their money like phil long wants to con and take our money.this would have been the 2nd car we bought from them in 6 months and I was planning on buying my truck from them next.what a perfect way to jack people of their money!!!!!

Phil Long in Colorado Springs are scheduling vehicle repairs on broke down vehicles two weeks out. They are no longer about customer service. The service advisors don’t return calls and the managers don’t even try to prioritize. If you try to get your vehicle fixed and they refuse to schedule repairs or diagnostic prior to two weeks. I have never seen such disrespect. They don’t care!!

Very Unscrupulous dealership. I was helping my 81 yr old dear friend buy a truck. Found one at this dealership. e-mailed with them, talked on the phone and texted with the Sales person Julie and with the Internet Sales person Aaron. Made a deal on price and even gave a credit card for a deposit. Wanted to come pick it up but was told it is being detailed and not on the lot yet so had to wait. We live in Santa Rosa New Mexico. 322 miles away. On the drive up to get the truck at 140 miles from home we received a call from Julie tell us the truck was sold. WHAT??????? Not sure how much worse it can get than that. That is the worst customer service int he world....... to sell a truck out from underneath you all I am sure to make an extra buck or two. You folks should be ashamed of yourselves.

Once you get a car they don't care about u as a customer anymore. My sales guy Max was great helped out alot and the only reason I have my car today. The other employees only care about selling you a car at a ridiculous price and after the sale they won't care about u as a customer.

5 recalls and I have to wait 2hours for courtesy guy to give me a ride or walk is what customer service said. Shuttle is supposed to bring 2 at a time but they got 4 + driver in there. Hope no one had the virus

The over all buying process was not bad. But trying to get the things fixed that were negotiated prior to signing has been a nightmare (“we owes”). They have had my car for 2 weeks for a set of tires and a key fob... extremely excessive. I had no communication other than me calling to check on my car. Which most times I called they had no record of my car being on their lot period not only that but the gentleman told me he had walked his entire lot and told me they could not find my vehicle. I left multiple message and never had a call back. Communication was non existent. When i reached out to my sales person he would always tell me to call someone else. Why do i need to figure out the status of my car and having to call multiple people? Customer service was non existent after I signed the papers. He got his commission and that’s what mattered. I had my vehicle for about 3 days and then it’s been in the shop for almost 2 weeks and I owe a payment in a week. That doesn’t seem right to me. The whole process has been absolutely terrible. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Must love Dogs! I do and so do they. Cruz runs the place when he's not visiting hospitals and schools, greeting me with the love only a Newfie can. Everyone has been great here nearly all my adult life. For one reason or another, if I wasn't on a motorcycle, I always end up buy vehicles here and never regret it, problems are not allowed to remain issues and I never have a problem getting a pleasant timely shuttle ride to or from. Thanks Phil Long, I'm loving my New Used Truck!!! I love that you always take great care of me too! Blessings to All!!! Any company that sees the value in helping our vets get life back with gusto and independence by donating a Working Service Dog, and supports Victory Service Dogs, will always have my vote and my business. This was the worst service I have ever gotten in my life. I was going in for a recall on a airbag. There is to many things that when wrong to list here but the top 3 thing are: 1. On the phone and on the recall paper work said a rental car can be pervaded and payed for. The day of the repair the guy said no one would say a rental car could be given which was a lay. 2. They said that I would not need a car b/c the repair would only be 20 min it toke 1hr 30min. Which then made me late to a meeting that I had to go to. 30min was me waiting for the paper work as my car set with the key in and windows down. 3. The guy that was helping me seem more interested in what his dog was doing then doing the paper. I will never go back here.
