Considering the stand of this company (against) on the rights of citizens to exercise their first amendment rights "at anytime" including during the singing of Propagandized Anthems during sporting events, I would recommend you shop elsewhere. I would recommend buying a vehicle from anyone who understands the difference between protesting during, and protesting against.

Had my mustang taken in by tow truck because it refused to start. Bought a new battery, alternator, serpentine belt and starter to see if i could save money by fixing it myself. After all thise failed to work, I decided to take it to Ford. I told the service advisor that those 4 parts were recently replaced, which was notated on the work order. Several days later I get a call and was told that the starter was the wrong pne and was over drawing on the battery, and the increased constant electrical load on the car had damaged the electrical system, and would be at least $600 to repair. When i went in to talk in person, the service advisor printed out a few pieces of paper with an estimate of over $1,000. On the paper it was stated that the battery, starter and alternator were bad and needed to be replaced along with other electrical components. Something was fishy and didn't sound right, so i spoke to a privately owned shop nearby who agreed it didnt sound right, and to have the car towed to him. The service advisor had told me that instead of charging me for the hour of diagnostic testing he would sell me a service book with coupons, one of which would be used to make the first hour of diagnostic testing free. Once i decided to get a second opinion, he turned tail on me and said i could still buy the book for $178 but i couldn't use the coupon and still had to pay the $158 diagnostic fee. I chose not to be ripped off and had the service fee paid and the car taken to the aforementioned second mechanic. Said second mechanic found that the starter was bad and needed to be replaced, and everything else was good. He even covered the cost of the new starter and paid the tow truck and didn't charge me for either. I just paid the labor cost of $186 and picked up my car a few days later. The car is running perfect with no issues. Phil Long Ford's service department and service techs are lying scam artists. They wanted over a thousand dollars in new parts and labor that were not needed. My car and i received better care and service through Harrris used parts' garage and mechanics. I recommend that if your ford or any vehicle that is no longer under warranty needs repairs, you take it to Harris or Hutchison's shop here on Colorado Springs, unlike the Phil Long group, they won't scam you out of your hard earned money.

Just spent two hours at Phil long to get a key made and the code to my door. When I called I was told it wouldn't take too long. Everyone was super nice but didn't listen to what I needed. When I made the appointment I told them I needed a key and a factory reset code on my door. After 45 minutes I was told that my work was done, but it wasn't and I had to wait an additional hour to get the key made. Would have made this transaction three stars, except Makayla and mocha bear we're so stinking nice. That just learned you an extra star :-)

Was traveling in Colorado Springs. Booked an appointment for December 27th to have service done to my vehicle arrived to a rude greeting and the discussion in front of me as to who I "belonged" to once they decided who I should talk to they took me to his desk and said he'll be with you shortly. He was on the phone. I sat and watched him talk on the phone. When he finally helped me I was informed that because of the holiday, many technicians had called in sick or just not come back and there was not enough people to work on my vehicle. He asked if I could leave it with him for the next week. I left. He called the next day saying he was trying to find time to work on it but just couldn't squeeze it in. I mentioned to this gentlemen every time I spoke with him that I was traveling and this obviously was not a concern for him. Not sure how there work is but if it's anything like their customer service you don't want to take your vehicle here anyway.

First of all, if it weren't for James Day (best salesman you could ask for PERIOD - - not pushy or overbearing, down to earth, and explains everything easily to be understood) and Jane Espinar (best employee who stepped up and handled several issues without any problems considering other employees and members of management shrugged us off and acted as if our concerns were not important) my rating would be 1 star. However, due to these two employees showing compassion, ensuring that we were taken care of from the moment we stepped foot on property until our issues were resolved, and treating us with respect at all times. Due to the finance manager Ken Wroblewski not informing us of changes that occurred between the proposal process and the final purchase agreement, we were misled to believe that we were set up with GAP insurance, in case of an accident and insurance didn't payoff the full amount financed. Then I was involved in an accident that totalled our first vehicle purchased. We didn't find out about this issue until we went back to the dealership to purchase a replacement vehicle. The finance company advised us that we did not have GAP insurance. We signed the proposal that showed that GAP insurance was included. We asked to sit down and review ALL paperwork that we signed from day one through the final paperwork. It took 3 days for Ken to get the paperwork sent from the corporate office (located up the hill at the Audi dealership). We were told on several occasions that it was being sent down only to find out that was not the case. When we finally sat down with Ken, he was very rude and was adamant that we didn't sign up for GAP insurance. I asked him to go back through the paperwork. As he was flipping through the papers, I saw the paper that we signed showing that we had agreed to purchase GAP insurance. I asked him to go back to that piece of paper. As soon as he saw this, his tone went from rude to downright unprofessional and kicked us out of his office. He refused to let us review the rest of the paperwork. When I asked him why we couldn't look at the rest of the papers, his response was "Because I said so". He took our file with all our paperwork into another office. General Manager Mark Barton stepped in to the office where Ken was and they had a brief conversation about the situation. Mark left the office through a different exit. My fiancée went up to him and was trying to explain our situation. At first, Mark was not pleased with us approaching him and was not sympathetic to our cause. Mark and my fiancée joined me, and I explained to Mark what the issue was. He explained that the GAP insurance should have never been on the proposal in the first place. He stepped back in the office with Ken and retrieved a couple of pieces of our paperwork. He stepped back out and his tone was much more professional. Mark, in the end, made sure that his staff were to make sure that our issues were resolved and to make sure that we were taken care of and to get us in to our next vehicle without any more problems. After us spending over 50+ hours over the next 2.5 weeks, we were finally able to get our first vehicle purchase resolved between insurance and the finance company. We were taken care of (thanks again James and Jane) and we were able to get another vehicle with the help of a family member.

Mercedes-Benz of Colo Spgs is not worth the one star given. Poor customer service after the same issue was addressed time and time again. They just shuffle you aside and say " look what we did " the problem has never been fixed from the day the ML350 was purchased. Our family alone has in the past purchased over 15 cars from Phil Long dealerships. This car will be the last. Just an fyi incase the dealership reads this. Your detail man washed the outside of the car, but never touched the inside. Not even a simple wipe down of the main dash or driver area's.
