Absolutely terrible dealership and the sales people are just as bad. We had the pleasure of working with David. He is very rude and a liar. Once they decided they didnt want to work with us anymore they made up lots of excuses not to talk to us. They kept hanging up on my husband. They promised to help us and get us a new truck but obviously that didnt happen. You are better off going somewhere else. There definitely are better dealerships out there. These people are greedy and are only concerned about making a buck.

Parking is TERRIBLE if you need parts. There are three spots. THREE. And two of them are "reserved for Mike and Jay Cimino" So there's only essentially only one spot. One star for parking, three stars because the dealership is nice. Averages to two.

If this is Phil Long Ford at Chapel Hill they were awesome the one that was in town off of Motor City they could care less if you f****** bought a car not when even approaches that's why we went to Chapel Hill very disappointed with Phil Long Motors in Motor City not one salesman approach that's all three salesmen they look right out of his walk by us will never buy a car from Phil Long Ford in Motor City

These people are liars. At Phil Long Ford, their top salesman is in breach of contract and I plan on taking a civil action against them. They do not perform 120 point inspections as they claim. They don't provide these inspection reports, upon request. Their records of maintenance performed on used vehicles before they are sold are just plain fabricated. Unless you want to get screwed, don't buy a vehicle from them. Their salesman are trained in the practice of spotting vulnerable customers and lying in order to make a sale.

As a first time car buyer the interest rate of 15% attached to my car is a nightmare. I’m paying $35,000 for a $15,000 car. Best advice is to go someone who won’t try and nickel and dime you! Paying $700 a month for a car is a single mother’s worst nightmare.

Phil Long Collision=Thieves, custom Fllor mats were stolen out of my F350 that was stored in their fenced in yard. Phil Long Ford Chapel Hills=Liars, claim certain vehicles were sold just to get people into the sale sites only to find out the original vehicles in question werent sold, but would try to get you to buy higher priced vehicles. Phil Long Ford Motorcity= Lowballers. Wont even offer what a vehicle is worth on trade.

Car broke down and the part was under warranty. For a while it looked like I would have to wait 4 days to get it fixed. Travis and Mike got me in and out in 2 hours. They turned a horrible day in to a good one. Thanks guys!

Go see Mike Hardiman at Phil Long Hyundai, he's not push or salesy at all, he listens to your wants and needs and helps you find the right car for you... we went in, met with him, and walked out with a brand new car in under 3 hours, that's with going through finance and everything!!! Phil Long dealerships should stay out of politics. Once they enter in, they had better be prepared to deal with the backlash. What Von and the Broncos are doing by taking a knee has nothing to do with selling cars, and if you don't understand that the Constitution is what veterans fight for, not a song or a piece of cloth, then you deserve to have people go elsewhere for their cars.

Owned and operated by the most horrendous people. They ran my credit though about 20 times trying to get revenge on me. They said I wasted there time and I should do such a thing as a customer. The situation was I was trying to buy a car, but I wanted to talk to the financial manager first. This was my first time buying a car so I didn't know the process to well. They let me sit around the dealership for hours before I decided to walk out. They screamed at me that I shouldn't have wasted there time such disrespectful people.
