Definitely left my experience here. If you want your car detailed right and really good it's definitely worth the money. You should also ask for Wade to detail your car he is totally awesome does a really good job above and beyond. I would definitely bring my car back to have Wade detail it.

Overall very friendly and helpful staff. I bought a truck that did not pass their safety inspection so I did not get the truck. Staff is taking extra time to help me find another truck that better fits my needs, and working with me on price and financing. Very helpful. 8/10, would recommend.

My wife and I went in looking to replace one car. We ended up upgrading both of our cars and Ford got us 0% interest rate for both vehicles. Colleen was so great during the purchase process and she demonstrated professional patience as my wife and I took time to look over each vehicle. Phil Long also answered all of our questions and assisted us with all of our inquires after we purchased the cars. My wife and I have been so happy with the customer service that we will come back even after the Army moves us away.

They took care of my girlfriends car in hours the dealership in Pueblo had the car multiple times over night and still have it back to her broken I highly recommend Phil long Colorado springs nobody should ever go to the peublo Ford though it's like day and night when you compare the service

Careful on the sales floor or you will end up paying for things you don’t want or need. Not only did the salesman mislead me about the Forte I bought, but they added “plan” that is basically useless. I will NEVER purchase a car here again and I WAS a repeat customer.

I had a recall for my airbags they changed my airbags I ask for oil change charged me $160 for oil change and didn't even change my oil Byron/Justin. Never had a problem with my Audi A6 until I took it in for the recall airbags but now they tell me that I need valve cover gaskets timing covers serpentine belt upper control arm bushings and now my crankshaft sensor went out WTF

The service staff are friendly but always looking to make money on services that may not always be necessary. Over the top in regards to wanting surveys written as I am frequently contacted via call, text, and email after any visit that I make. Personally I feel people should have to opt in to surveys on their own, not be force fed surveys.

Do yourself a favor and NEVER purchase a car with Phil Long. Firstly, they sold me a car without disclosing that it had MULTIPLE ACTIVE RECALLS on it. I've had the transmission/clutch replaced on it THREE TIMES in the past 2 years because of those recalls/extended warranties. All three times, the mechanics "missed" certain parts that also had to be fixed. Secondly, their mechanics are terrible. Those "free oil changes" with the purchase of a vehicle is a terrible deal. I found out from a different mechanic that Phil Long never put my skid plate back on after my previous oil change. Now I have to purchase a new one. Thirdly, my new state of residence requires vehicle emissions testing. However, the vehicle failed because Phil Long's mechanics broke a part on the communications equipment. Now, I get to pay for that out of pocket too. Phil Long refuses to take responsibility for any of it despite my current mechanics saying that the damage inflicted on my car is all due to their mechanics' errors. Phil Long is literally selling garbage cars and their mechanics are not performing their proper checks. If anything, I feel that they're intentionally damaging the vehicle so I keep replacing parts.
My mother and sister also bought vehicles from Phil Long with similar issues: faulty mechanical and electrical systems, undisclosed recalls, and terrible recall/warranty work.
So whatever you do DO NOT EVER BY A CAR HERE.

These guys are fabulous I bought a used BMW from them to go along with my Mercedes and I drove it in there the other day and asked for a courtesy wash and they were more than happy to clean the BMW. What a great bunch of guys and gals.

I bought my used Ford Escape from Motor City Ford with Austin. Really friendly staff that was attentive to my needs in a vehicle and their willingness to help was very helpful. My Escape recently got hail damage but I will most certainly be bringing it to Phil Long Service to remove the dents.

They sold me a used car, it had dog hair all over the interior and even the trunk!
The interior was filthy, the right side of the spoiler was held together with some kind of goop!
I will NEVER buy a vehicle from Phil Long Ford, in Motor City again!

The sales women we had scheduled a meeting days prior snubbed us off when my family and I arrived. We had even been texting the lady same day, and she assured us she would be there. Once we got there, she was called down and told us she wouldn't be helping us and passed us off to someone who had just started working there. We also had to wait 10 minutes before we had someone to help us. We ended up leaving and buying our car elsewhere.

Walk in and appointments are about the same wait time. Oil changes, tires, etc.
While I suggest making an appointment in advance it's gonna always be a 3-5 hour wait. Never been in and out in less than 4/3 hours over 2 years or 70k miles that I've owned my new Ford.

I had a great experience at Phil Long Lincoln. Anthony and Jim are pleasent, personable and easy to work with. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase and they even dealt with some concerns I had a few days after the sale. Phil Long Ford Motor City is a great store everyone there really cares I would never consider going anywhere but there! I see some people in their losing their cool while I'm having my car worked on give them a break nobody's perfect anywhere in any location at any job these people care and do the best they can in my opinion if you don't like it go somewhere else if you think they're that bad, you'll be back.

No pressure, no hard sale...I appreciated this. In the end I decided not to buy new, but Phil long ford motor city is where I'd go if I did.

Place is a joke! Tried to sell me a car for way too much. When I showed them 2 other locations selling the exact same car for $10,000 less I was told...well we recently had hail storms so someone else will be willing to pay our price. Do your research before shopping here!

I made an appointment for an oil change and inspection for Saturday at 9 am during the previous week. Arrived at 9 am and was asked by the service advisor when I would like the car back by and said by 11 am would be fine. My car was finally done 4.5 hours later. It's unfortunate this is the only Audi dealership in my area. I don't recommend making appointments on Saturdays or if you have limited time. This isn't the first time.
