My mom is in this facility since I'd put my mom in this facility me ma'am sister made the decision of putting her there I've seen a lot improvement in my mom's physical mentally and emotionally from health my mom with the press and now I see smiles on her face I see her improving a lot of physical work sugar levels

My great grandmother has been in this nursing home for over 10 years. The staff here has always been a cause for concern within our family but my great grandmother is comfortable there and prefers to put up with the negatives because of that. Tonight, the woman next door to my great grandmothers room was screaming for help for 15 minutes when my grandmother ( who was there visiting ) went next door herself to make sure everything was okay. My grandmother found the woman, who had fallen, face-first on the floor. My grandmother rang for the nurses help and tried to help the woman up. The nurses never responded to the page and when they finally did come, they refused to pick the woman up off of the floor for 40 minutes.

This place should be shut down. The nurses RN/LPN and CNA are all unprofessional rude insenssitive and unapologetic for all there wrong doing. They don't have emphany for people who are helpless and in great need of services. There are some good workers but the bad out ways the good unfortunately. There are a lot of elderly people there that are being abused and the city need to come down on a facility like this. I will never recommend a place like this or ever return for any services. Please do not send your love ones here. This place deserves zero stars.

I was recently discharged from Buena Vida after a 30 day stay late. My 30 days in Rehab Center was a wonderful experience, the staff that took care of me was wonderful. On my floor the Nurses and CNA did an exceptional job especially CNAS I. Gonzalez,Hermelinda Ramirez,Nicole Spencer and Nursery Mike. Monaco. In the therapist department the team was very professional, supervised by Judy Manali like followed by the staff Oliver Arogones,Victor Hinojosa,I geek Del Rosario,Maria Tolentino,Jacqueline Coronado,Nicole Abrams,and Norma Velez. They are very professionals and do an exceptional jo THANK YOU

This place is immaculate and there are a lot of caring workers. However, they are short handed and the patients do not get the care they deserve. We recently went to visit my grandmother and found her arm bruised and swollen, no one could give us an explanation on what happened. They said they would get a supervisor to speak to us and the supervisor never came, after us being there for 5 hours.
It was not until about 6 phone calls later, that I got a response and an investigation had to be opened as everyone claimed they didn't know what happened. What was strange was a few days prior to that, we got a call that grandma was complaining about pain in her right arm and they were going to take an x-ray, so this definitely is a cover up of something that happened.
This is a place you have to be on top of. We have noticed that if the staff sees family or friends do not visit often, they will neglect those patients more.
Also, don't rely on the laundry service, as the clothes will go missing.
