Had an allergic reaction to covid jab. Went there for help. Showed no interest. Wouldn't even sell me anti histamines. Had to phone doctor who then sent me text to show them I needed anti histimsnes. They showed no sympathy at all.

Awful pharmacy. Went in to collect meds ordered, was told there’s a new rule that if the meds have not been picked up in five weeks the prescription is sent back. My fault for not going in sooner, but struggling with depression, that was part of the reason why I’d not been in.
I was a little upset in store that I couldn’t pick them up as the meds were needed for my deteriorating mental health. Went back in 5 minutes later to see if there was anything they could do, to find them laughing about the situation. Absolute disgrace. Will be taking this further.

I went in with a prescription and they didn't have the medication. They said they would order it that day and I should come back in 2 days to pick it up. When I went back there was a line around the block just to get inside. I went back three times before I finally just decided to stand in the line. When I got inside to pick it up, they told me they didn't have the medication and probably never would because it's out of stock at the manufacturer. WHY DIDN'T THEY CALL TO TELL ME ABOUT THIS???? You would think as soon as they tried to place the order and realised it was out of stock they would immediately let me know so that I could get a different prescription from my doctor. Or maybe they could have, I don't know, called my doctor to see if he wanted to prescribe something different?? I am highly frustrated and now have no idea how long it will take to get the medication I need. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. THEY'RE TERRIBLE.

I have used the Boots on the Guildford Road in Woking on numerous occasions due to not having the time to walk in to the town centre.
Every visit I have received the worst customer service ever!
I popped in after work this evening in the hopes that I could buy one item quickly. On arrival there were 4 people ahead of me waiting patiently, I stood for approx 10 minutes and realised that nobody was being served.
I asked the people ahead of me if anyone had been served, they all said that they hadn't.
One member of staff was filling the shelves, one about to finish and 3 staff on the next level processing prescriptions, not one acknowledging the queue.
I asked the lady stocking the shelves if she was serving, she said that she was no longer behind the counter another member of staff was, he eventually came down, no apology for the wait, asked the name on prescription a gentleman was collecting then disappeared for another 5 minutes.
When I eventually got served, I asked how I could provide feedback on the appalling service and was advised that I would have to go on line as there isn't currently a manager in position. They clearly need a manager but surely if 5 members of staff were working one of them could be behind the counter!!
It is unacceptable that customers are provided with such a poor service. This wasn't a one off! No manners!

Useful as open until 9pm, but otherwise this is the worst Boots I have ever used. Terrible customer service and exceptionally slow. Prescription service is a mess and can take anything between 30 and 40 minutes to collect a prescription, even when the prescription is ‘ready to collect’. I regularly go here and find 8-10 people standing waiting around the shop looking exasperated.

1 hour wait for a prescription with a queue 20mins long. Asked for a manager and told to come in another day. This is a pharmacy that is completely mismanaged from a customer’s perspective as the staff do not want to help

The pharmacy loses my order every time. The order is always incomplete. Staff has a problem with a large order. Nobody answers the phone. Generally, mess is in prescriptions. This is the worst pharmacy ever. I have used so far, I do not recommend.

I have visited this branch of Boots on a few occasions. There is free parking outside if you're lucky enough to get a space. Service is slow, i don't know why, but it is. There are a couple of seats if you have to wait. A very basic store.. not your usual Boots store. Its is an out of hours chemist which is a plus.. so its not all bad......

Brought my repeat prescription in over a week ago and was told it’d be ready in a few days. When I returned i was told it hadn’t been signed off by the doctor yet and it would for sure be ready in 2 days time. 3 days later and still no luck. I understand it’s partially the GP’s fault as well but could communication not have been made? Additionally, it appears they are always out of medication for other customers. I want to switch pharmacies but this one is closest to home.

How its possible that a store where a staff of 4 people is working couldnt serve people on till. One lady was on computer, a gentleman was standing next to her looking at the computer kne girl was walking in the isles behing the desk and lady showed up after very long time looked at the queue and then went back. Please organize your staff.

This pharmacy is appalling. They promise to chase up prescriptions they can't deliver with the doctors practice. Never do it and then blame the customers for not doing it. Whilst my wife was waiting 30 minutes to collect a prescription that was supposed to be ready to collect, 3 other people were blamed for their inefficiency. A total disgrace

Worst boots ever. Never go in there if you have a choice.
Closed even in opening hours, especially around lunch hours 12n-2pm, morning time 9-9:30am and 30mins before closing time. Staffs locked the front door, dimmed the shop floor lights, but chatting behind the reception and ignored all the customers who tried to open or knocked the door. It happened a few times to me in a month. And I see it happening very often as my place is just opposite to the store. Terrible waiting time and horrible staff attitude as well. Staff always leave a long quene of customers in front of the counter, no one is serving at most time, the counter is left empty, but you see and hear staffs chatting personal stuffs behind the counter. It took me 15-30mins in the quene each time just to collect my online order or pay for something I picked from the shelf. And the longest waiting time for prescriptions I've experienced is 2hours.

Every time I come for a repeat prescription, it’s never ready, The chemist have blamed my GP several times for not authorising my prescription, however after checking with my GP service they showed me on the computer all the dates and times they have sent authorisation for my repeat prescription, all prescription authorisations were sent on time. It’s clear looking at the other reviews that this Chemist likes to blame customers and GPs, so as to cover up there own Inadequate service.

Always a long wait no matter the time. Frequently have to order in repeat medication. They get repeat medication orders wrong. You can never get through on the phone. They have started charging £5 to deliver medication even to housebound people in their nineties.
