If I could I would leave one star.
My sister left the store crying after feeling completely interigated by the counter staff there. She was also made to pay for a prescription even though she has a maternity exemption !!!!!
Woking in pharmacy myself I feel all staff should know that plastic cards are no longer issued and exemption details are sent via email, she was told without a card she would have to pay. This is unacceptable and you should not refuse to hand out a prescription either, even asking for a driving licence as ID again not necessary.
Staff involved need re training!

Can I give zero stars? Awful experience, long queue, the most of the staff rude ,they mixed up my prescription,. I went twice, it was enough to confirm the same, unacceptable situation .They should attend training for customer service. Never again there.

Very rude unhelpful staff, chatting away about holidays while there is at least 10 people in a cue waiting to be served. Phone was ringing for at least 20 minutes while I was waiting to be served, not one of the 3 staff on duty bothered to answer it. If possible avoid at all costs.

I use this Boots for all my prescriptions . It is simply superb. The staff are efficient and so helpful. I really cannot recommend this Pharmacy highly enough. Even though they are busy, they take time to get to know their customers, and service is always with a smile. There is a huge car park which is free. The wait time is usually short. Great place.

I've been using this pharmacy for many years now and nothing is to much trouble. Unfortunately I have several health issues which means regular visits and very rarely has there been any issues. The staff are friendly and helpful, this team have to deal with alot of people with alot of medications 6 day's a week and there very busy. Hat's off to them.

Visited here to purchase witch hazel a product that has existed for decades. The assistant had no idea what I was asking about. Then Difflam mouthwash again a product that has been available for decades. We do not sell that but we have Corsodyl. Totally different way this product works. They did in fact have three visible bottles and sprays of difflam on the bottom shelf ...no confidence in the counter staff here as they should be more knowledgable about the products they sell. Pharmacy has been my business for 40 years but customer service here is appalling. I’m being generous giving it a one star.

I has previously left a comment giving this place praises.
Saying they were busy and its a small shop so would be understandable that sometimes queues get long.
But since the new staff are tunning things, the incompetence seems to have skyrocketed.
I have 3 staff members dealing with 1 person whilst there was a madsive queue.
People would be left waiting and forgotten about.
I call up on my way back from work to try and arrange it so im not waiting 30/40 minutes but get no answer.
I get there and there is no one there.
I ring in the back of the shop and no one answers the phone.
But one thing i have noticed.
The staff is predominantly Asian.
I have noticed that if another Asian person walks in then they are dealt with rather quickly and others are just left
The old staff were lovely but the new staff are rubbish.
Find another of possible.

Really poor organisation in serving customers. Everything seemed to be lost. Waited 20mins to hand in my prescription. Got told 15mins until it was ready so popped to Waitrose. Came back within 15mins and I had missed being called so had to queue and wait another 20minutes to pick up my medication. Staff were nice but it was really poorly organised considring how many of them were there.

Terrible incompetente service
Tried to call a dozen of times but no one answered. 111 nhs service also tried no one answered. My husband had to go thereabouts person for them to answer the phone and even then they needed prompting.
They denied having IT link reception for emergency prescriptions however their fax like is always engaged.
In the end could not have my prescription sent there due to their incompetence.
Customer service was lousy too. The guy who served my husband looked like he couldn’t care less.
Appalling.

I'm pretty sure they have the staffing way off in this place. Usually the queue is 8-10 people deep and it's one person serving. There will be 6 or so staff out the back preparing prescriptions (yet they are never right) at a casual pace. Unless every customer is coming to buy a pack of paracetamol one person can't serve that many customers. The management need to remember the priorities and stop customers waiting literally 30 mins. It's genuinely shocking for such a large brand to not have even noticed that this store is failing. This aside, half the staff are rude which suggests poor training thrown in the mix, compounding the staffing issues and increasing wait times.

They used to be a good Pharmacy, but now they are absolutely like headless chickens and sooooooooooooo very very SLOW. It really should not be longer than 15 minutes wait but with this lot it can be a an hour RIDICULOUS .

Appalling! Waited 30 minutes for my pre-arranged flu vaccination only to be told no one had ordered the vaccinations in so it never happened. nightmare with repeat prescriptions. Queues going out the door. Everyone complaining as problems with their prescriptions. Staff doing what they can but presume understaffed compared with the capacity of customers they have on a daily basis. Abissmal service!

Absolute shambles of a place. Never visited without having to return, either to pick up my prescription that was ordered a week ago which isn't ready after a 25 min wait in a queue full of suicidal customers that are obviously regulars who are as sick to the teeth with the place as me, or to go back and swap the items they have given you for the items you actually ordered after receiving the wrong items or even somebody else's prescription. You can never get through on the phone which is either constantly engaged or rings off the hook.
Don't visit this place unless you have a lot of time to spare or you are fed up with life in general

This place is bad if you get repeat prescriptions just go somewhere else it will drive you nuts even before boots took over this pharmacy it was woeful experience and has the same people running it too! just interchangeable companies run it. I can guarantee you will not get one or more of your items requested on your prescription you will first be required to wait in a long queue then they will ask you to wait 10-30 mins then you go back rejoin another fresh queue then they will tell you they "owe you some items as they havent got them" and you will have come back and do the same routine in another couple of days thats if you dont get there and its closed for lunch and its not open before 9am so you cant go there before work..... if like me you have to do this crap every month of your life it becomes very tiresome ........sort it out

Served today by a Rude abrupt bolshy girl , no customer service . While waiting in the queue she was dam right rude to an elderly lady waiting . I hate this chemist at the best of times but today really has put me off using them . The lowest star rating is 1 star but they don't even deserve 1/2 a star let alone 1!!

Still trying to pick up a repeat prescription 6 days after being told it would be about 10 mins, as this always happens I am now in the process of changing chemist, I'm always being told it's because they are short staffed, with the long queues there still seems to be more staff than customers, who are slowly stacking shelves that don't always need doing, some of the female staff including one pharmacist is so rude in the shop & on the phone, I really thing a lot of them do need retraining, especially in customer services, come on management, do something about it PLEASE

Appalling service... Waited over one hour for a prescription despite being told that there was a 20 min wait...? When querying "how much longer?" I was constantly told 5 minutes !!!
