Visited the store looking for christmas gifts and looked at the perfume counter. They had a very helpul young lady on the desk. Not only was she polite but went out of her way to suggest different fragrances for us not just the high end stuff she catered for our budget which many shops do not take into account. We walked away very happy and with 3 different fragrances. All staff members were polite and helpful. Store had great availability of stock all through there ranges. Well done superdrug ????

I am absolutely shocked of the customer service in this Woking store, I just can not believe it! Came into this store today to be faced with such a rude lady called Angela (yes Angela! Nothing like a bit of name and shame eh!) how dare you talk to me the way you did and especially around my two young children! Considering how old you are I thought you would have had a little bit more respect for your customers! Judging by the other customer reviews looks like I am not the only one who thinks they (meaning the immature staff) need to do some Very basic customer training!!!!

I walk in to be welcomed by a gaggle of gossiping teenage 'workers' standing around the makeup section, was offered no help for what I was looking for. The store was shutting and I was very rudely told to leave out the back entrance, avoid.

Superdrug is a popular High Street Chemist. The store in Woking has two entrances so you can walk through it. Very reasonable prices compared to Boots. This store is always very well stocked. There's quite a large perfume section with all the top names. There is a food section.. with snacks.. good for lunch. There is a lot of building work going on in Woking so access to the shop is changing on a weekly basis. Staff are ok.

Was at Woking store today to ask if I could get the body spray that I paid for on Tuesday but realised when I got back to work the assistant hadn't put in my bag. Showed my receipt & was told they would have to call management & go through the CCTV footage all for a 59p body spray. I had actually spent £17.00, I did explain I was on lunch break & didn't have time.. The right thing to do for good customer service is to just give me a another one!! Why would I go in & "pretend" it wasn't put in my bag, just to get a free one!! Very disappointed with Superdrugs customer service. I buy all my cosmetics & toiletries in there as Superdrug sell vegan products, But as this has become more popular with other retailers I will now shop else where!

The best place for anyone wanting makeup, hair items, skin care, and any other body products. An amazing amount of makeup from all different brands and all quiet affordable. Recommend for anyone!

Terrible store layout, had to wait ages at the till. Only one till of of six open. Rude customer service. Staff need better training in very basic customer service. At least a hello/ goodbye from the cashier would have been nice!

Today i was served by an idiotic, fat lady called Michelle. Clearly, an utter racist who treated her customers who were of different colour other than white to be inferior. Whilst i was being served she gave me a ghastly look, a look of disgust. She asked me for student NUS card and she just couldn't stop starring at my picture. I tried to 'crack a few jokes, she didn't laugh- thought my jokes were funny?! Then i knew she was racist.

SOOOO much plastic and no other options. Looked at me like an alien when I asked for a facewash soap bar. Then offered me a bag when I had a huge one on my shoulder. Why aren't you making an effort to cut plastic?
