Excellent professional service! It took me only few days to receive the scan of my pictures. It's a bit expensive but the quality is superb. If you want professionally developed film bring it there.

Great, rapid service and extremely kind staff. I dropped off my camera roll and ordered the photos + scans, which came back to me 4 working days later. Very easy service (paid through shopify, dropped off the roll in their yellow mailbox in a plastic bag with my name + shopify order number) and received the scans by email. Can't wait to develop my next roll!

Just used rapid eye to develop my first ever roll of 120 film and I'm so happy with how it all looks. Thank you so much! The lady at the film drop off counter in the cafe was also super friendly :) Patrick

Rapid Eye to me is a little positive sanctuary for all photographers. We all congregate there because the staff are unbelievably warm and helpful. It brightens up my day when I get chat to to George. I couldn't imagine anyone not feeling good once they've walked out of Rapid Eye. My journey as a photographer started here, and I have received nothing but warmth and support. The film is always on time, as promised. The contacts are beautiful and I always get quick responses when booking a darkroom. I have seen the place grow over the last 2 years, and Rapid Eye has managed to keep up with the expansion of enthusiastic photographers. Thank you to the best team in the industry! xxxxxx

George and the team are Amazing. They really go above and beyond to help out local photographers. I recently shot two test rolls on a new camera and they both came back fogged (through user error, nothing to do with Rapid Eye). Not only was George and the community of photographers at Rapid Eye keen to help but they even rushed through a new test roll in a few hours FREE of charge just so I could see if the camera was working before getting on a flight to Morocco. Great service, even better people. Thanks George & team!

I received nothing short of incredible customer service when I came to collect my prints. The editor, Gabriele, helped me with my first high-res prints and went beyond the call of duty to help me with colour correction and finalising on a portrait I had planned to sell to a client. George helped me seal the deal with some trimmings, an envelope, a couple of pairs of gloves and a welcoming atmosphere. The service was fast and effective and I felt the staff to be knowledgeable. It felt great to have the staff feel so involved in your work in such a positive manner. Should I get lucky enough to put together some shots worthy of print again, it's nice to know there's somewhere that would sort me out :) Cheers guys! Rob

Excellent service and price and very friendly and knowledge staff. I took 11 120 rolls ( two of them pushed 2 stops, free of charge). The place is just lovely and cozy, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Turn around was only one day; for 12 rolls and two pushed 2 stops! Negs where spot on, clean and nicely sleeved. I wish we had a place like this one back home. Thanks a lot for the great service guys!

Very welcoming staff and extremely professional space !For anyone who is either very romantic with the craft of photography or obsessed with good quality exposing of analogue photography! This processing studio is for you. There is a vast selection of printing qualities. From 15MB size files at the best price I found in London to 100MB quality for exhibition level.

I've spent hundreds and hundreds of pounds with these people having film developed, and every time I go in to collect or drop off film, it's like "Hi, what's your name?", "Who are you?" "What do you want?" kind of thing. The young woman in the morning is far more friendly/capable then G in the afternoons. Also, I always request uncut negatives and have to ask, every single time, for my sleeves that are included in the cost... Even then it's nothing but attitude from the woman upstairs who brings them down... A complete lack of any sense of customer service in this place, typical, and I've had enough. Forget them, I'll go to Metro Imaging from now on and pay more. At least Metro do E6.

Fantastic staff, very high standard C41 processing and super-fast too. Now my number one for 35mm processing and also now looking to do one of their darkroom courses :) EDIT 29/01/18 I just did their 6 hour darkroom course and would add another star to my review if I could. Love the recently-completed refurb and Agnes was super-friendly and helpful in teaching me all the steps of how to process my negatives. Highly recommended!

I ordered about a dozen single 35mm frame scans from Rapideye and am very pleased with the results. The single-frame scanning service is reasonably priced, especially if you stick with Jpegs and the (still impressive) medium resolution size. Tiff files and a larger resolution size of approx 7000 pixels across are also available. There's a range of scanners on offer - I'd highly recommend the Noritsu for 35mm film. Service is friendly too.

Been going here for about a year now, it offers a competitive service without a reduced quality or price. Never had a roll of film processed with any faults on their behalf. The sets of prints I have ordered from them have always pleased me and my customers. Student friendly! Introduced friends their none have ever experienced any problems. The only issue I have ever had was a print on a quick turn around being slightly late, went out got some lunch came back and it was ready for me! Couldn't be happier!
