They will confirm the shift first and after few minutes they will not provide shift for people who do not work regularly. They will allot people in extra list and will not tell them we have alloted in extra list then we will get fooled when we reach the company and transportation cost will be waste of money for each and everytime. And moreover, they will tell us to come at particular shift before an hour. And students should rush for working without having or packing foods. Many times I have worked without food for 18 hours including transportation time. They are least cared about many things except their profit and they will not response when we ask questions. They will promise to give shifts in future days, but they will not. Their replies are just to convience people at that moment. I request the consultancy to train the employees and make effective process to avoid the above mentioned points in future.

I've been promised a job after my induction! Ive been sending text messeged everyday to book my shift on number they provided! No reply for a week! Very odd answers on the phone when I call them! They said I've been sending messeged to the wrong number! Meanwhile Pols, that I did induction with - already working! They really prioritise Pols! So if you're different nationally - please don't waste your time! They have wasted lots of mine!

A place full of lies and false promises. Do not recommend.
When I first came looking for a job the people were very welcoming and friendly. I asked them if they have any work and they offered a weekend job. I double asked as I also told them that I want to be sure as I had to quit another job (no work for weeks). My only concern was transport s I don't own a car and one of the girls did say that there is a bus but during weekends there might be issues. Then she said, "But don't worry, we have drivers that can take you there, you just have to call them in advance.".
After registering with them, the problems started to arise. The car promise was a complete lie and when calling the office they said "it's your own problem". After that day they said they don't need me anymore as there are no jobs (that was only after 3 days of work). Lies again!
I, in fact, lived with a Polish girl that actually recommended this agency and she only started working a week earlier than me. But she works 6 days a week so the "There's no job" excuse is a lie. As well as "You said you couldn't come during weekends because of transport" as they PROMISED a driver and because my housemate doesn't even use a car or a bus, she walks there (which is far outside Leicester). They just put their people (Polish) in priority. Everyone at work is mostly speaking Polish and not many even know English.
I'm very disappointed and frustrated with these people.

The staff is very friendly and cooperative but in sometimes you don't get a reply back which is quite disappointing but they will help you and guide you if you have any issue with work. But i would definitly recommend others to join TAG as it has been the best experience with this agency so far.

I was searching after job on Weekends. I went to do agency register and ask if they have something. Two girls of agency with big smile told me they have something for me. I have to do just induction. I was surprised and happy. I give them call day after to confirm I will do this in Wednesday. When I call and ask about it they transitioned me to manager just to say they don't have job for me. I did a test. One of my friend call them and ask about job on weekends. The lady said they have something available. He have to just register and do induction... I don't know what is going on In this agency.. but they are making people stupid. This agency is wasting time people which are interesting.

Best agency ever worked with. Works fast and are reachable not only on Office hours but after their shift.
Listens and helps to find a suitable job. One of agency workers Wictoria does her best to provide work hours that fits even for students, always friendly and here to answer questions as fast as possible. At most points agency provide a transport to take workers to work and back. Highly recomended.

I’ve been at TAG now for just over a year on and off..From the very beginning the staff there were very helping in findings me work and never gave me any false promises regarding available shifts...Due to family matters I moved away from Leicester early last year , but I returned again in November 2019 and went straight back to TAG and even though the staff member there that dealt with work at DPD ( who was very good ) was no longer there I can honestly say the new lady Wiktoria that now deals with DPD is an even better improvement. I have never had any problems with shifts or my wages, even on a weekend Wiktoria is contactable at all times very helpful and professional...I would recommend TAG recruitment to anyone....
