I've got to say wow...! I don't get all these negative reviews. I walked in with no appointment I was signed up and told when I would be starting work the same day, the following week I was working full time for amazon so from my experience really good agency

I never write reviews but in this case i have done. I attended my appointment last week passed everything they thrown my way and got told I’d receive a call on Friday about my start date. I’ve been waiting and I missed a call I called back like 5 minutes later and made over a dozen phone calls since nobody picks up. They forward me to the answer machine and I’ve left at least 4 voicemails still no contact what so ever. I understand that Adecco may well be busy but what’s the point in having a phone if you can’t answer or get back to me I’m disgusted In the lack of communication. Terrible service!!

No telephone manners at all if not bad ones. i phoned between 11:06-11:08 on Tuesday 03/09/2019. I have regretted why I rung Adecco. Please, review the quality of your staff. I have been to an appointment with Adecco recruitment service at Amazon in Coalville. I didn't find anybody and nobody picks up the phone on the numbers I have been given.

I took the liberty to confirm every negative review written for Adecco, Granby Street branch. Misleading the people and sorting them on categories is the motto of agency, leaded by peevish Ms Charlotte Parsons. Policy of agency is individual for everyone, they would intentionally provides you with difficulties, with a pleasure. Dear Adecco Agents, I hope that wrangle with people help you build higher self-assessment - you are so powerful by wrangle with foreigners, congratulations for supreme standing act of discrimination and lack of equal opportunities! Had an interview booked here a week in advance, drove an hour to get here from Nottingham, when I walked in I was ignored by about four moody looking employees, so I sat and waited, a guy came up to me and told very bluntly told me that the company wasn’t recruiting anymore. No apology, no explanation as to why I hadn't been told sooner. What a load of useless, rude idiots seriously don’t bother.

I understand that sometimes large companies pull out of contracts, and I understand that for the most part of it, it isn't the fault of the Agency. That being said, when you have driven for an hour to get there, payed for petrol and payed for a parking ticket, only for them to send you a template email TWO MINUTES before arriving saying that there was no longer a position, with ZERO explanation, is unacceptable and to be honest, borderline incompetent. like I said, I Understand that these things can happen. But when i entered the building, looking for an explanation, i was repeatedly given the same, pathetic line of "unfortunately, the company is no longer hiring". I asked again: "unfortunately, the company is no longer hiring" I said can you please stop saying that and just explain the situation? "unfortunately, the company is no longer hiring" the person in charge of dealing with clients (clients being me and you) clearly lacks empathy, and fails to understand that while he will go back to his home and have a fridge full of food and be able to pay rent on time, the rest of us will once again find ourselves at the end of the month left short, with only "unfortunately, the company is no longer hiring" as a reason why. Terrible customer service, topped with bad communication and zero empathy. clearly a business designed to churn out contracts and bag commission. Save yourself a trip and go to an agency that will actually talk to you.

Having drawn my state pension for the last 6 years, since being recruited nearly 7 weeks ago,how is it they've taken £211.00 to this date N I contrabutions and for the last Five weeks consulted Adecco (Reps 4 )Times ,2 different line managers ,and sent 2 E-mails NO RESPONSE,what more can I do ,to get my money back ,for which they should never had took in the first place ,surely that was what was produceing a Birth Certicate and N I N o was for ,hopefully all will be sorted out this year .

Very poor support and service I had a induction on Amazon but I fail in multi choice Questions they told me to go an Adecco agency and book another induction . Next day when I went to the Adecco Agency to book my induction they say me ones you fail Multiple Question we don’t give them 2nd chance I felt he was very rude when he was talking to me.

So went and signed with adecco who got me this interview at this warehouse saying I was going to get the job went to the interview few days later rang them asked what was going on said I would hear a few days later nothing they just want to get you on the books for the commission Agency's need shutting down wankers!
