An agency without experience, does not carry out health and safety training, does not carry out training for new people. The contract signed kind of permanently 0 hours in contact ensuring that it is to be made always more than 40 h per week. After 2 days they write that there is no work ... Lying behind a lie. It is best to avoid these agencies from afar.

I recently applied for a forklifting role opening at Simtom in Desford Leicester via Indeed and CSP. I was emailed and texted by a member of your team Danut, from Friday regarding the interest i had shown and asking for details of passport, forklift certificate and personal details by filling in applications to be on the agency system.
The job I applied for was advertised as 6am-3pm and I was told I could turn up at 6am Monday April 12th for an 'assessment' whereby managers would judge my capabilities of the position. This was hurriedly attempted to be changed by Danut via text on Saturday around 3pm to Sunday 6am which I said was too short notice and could not make, keeping Monday as arranged.
I have just been to Simtom where I struggled to find my way on who to talk to and where to go and nobody knew who I was or why I was there, on telling them I was applying for the forklifting opening I was told the shift was actually 6am-6pm and there was no point me turning up at 6 as nobody could do the assessment. This job was incorrectly advertised and what's more I have been inconvenienced a whole morning and days holiday booked off of work has been wasted on this. Danut's incompetence has wasted mine and Simtoms time, the communication has been sloppy and I'm sure to say I will not be using CSP in future and will be urging others to avoid it also.

AVOID LIKE CORONA !!! I applied for a position for FLT driver CSP informed me that I would need to attend and register then after that I would be employed. So I attended the office in nuneaton I filled out all the paper work to be told there is no work but we have all your details so we can inform you if anything does come in. I was flabbergasted. Not only have they falsely advertised work they knew they didn't have the work but still wanted me on the system to bump up their figures of course. So they have mislead me into believing there is work just to withdraw it at the end. I feel that this is taking advantage of people who are genuinely trying to find work in these scary times. Over all a complete waste of every bodies time involved. Should be ashamed to call your self an employment agency you are just liars and cheats :) Good day

I am working in there since 2018 and all the management and staff are really nice and professional. There are lost of possibilities to evolve with the company and also lots of trainings and apprenticeships to be done. Overall is a good place to work and build a career with.

I've been working in BSS for one week as a VNA driver. It was only one week. I had a calls from another agencys and refused to work for them just because they told me this is ongoing job. How naive I was!

I was sent for work on loughboro and there was no actual work there so I was sent back home
After this they sent me for ongoing work but there was work for just 2 days
After this they called me to go on a NEW ongoing job but was the same 2 days job on the same warehouse
