I could not recommend Sarah at Siamo enough, within one week of her service she was able to match me with the perfect role - something I thought was impossible to find. Sarah regularly followed up with me, kept me in the loop and still contacts me to make sure that everything is going smoothly. I could not recommend Siamo Leicester more!! :D

They found me a job. It was decent. I was always contacting Matt or Mark can’t remember now. He was the only guy there who knew what to do. All other were just pawns I think. I rung them first time in December cause they did not send me my p45 even tho I wasn’t working for them for 8months already. I spoke with one of the girls a month ago as well. And I’m still waiting for my p45 which should be on my email latest next working day. So it’s 3 months later and still nothing. I’m working in recruitment as well and I understand you can be busy and forget but guys really 3 months? It’s way to long ! So in my opinion? Agency ? Not really good. Sorry Matt or Mark sorry I can’t remember your name you are 5 start for me but I have waited for to long to get a simple thing from your colleagues so agency for me is no more than 2/5. Sorry guys you get what you deserve.

Tried to call on a number of occasions about a position which was made known to me by a family friend, was told they are not the ones recruiting for this, and were working on jobs for people that were laid off by said company. Found them to be advertising for the job on facebook!!! Clearly need more staff if their existing ones can not cope with work load. Suggest they all need new jobs!!

Following the dialogue on the phone with a woman who first not presented herself, tells me twice a code post without a number , and asks me for certain ty whether I go to that job or not, and after talking more Polish accent and not English He tells me I didn't pass the test. How many days i'm going to have, at this agency I don't want to do.

The agency is OK so long as you comply. They're quick to find you a position and are generally pleasant to deal with. The pay is decent but in no way reflective of the positions they put you in, especially considering that the agency, at least in my experience, takes roughly 35% of your hourly pay. This is before taxes or any other expenses that you as an employee are liable to pay.
The biggest issue I've had with them, and hence the rating of this review, is their attitude towards their employees well being. They simply don't care. To the management, the employees are just numbers on a paper, profit is the word of the day. Considering as an employee of an agency, you lose a majority of the benefits that come with permanent position in the workplace, you'd expect that you'd be afforded higher flexibility as a tradeoff. But no.
As an agency worker, you are expected to work faster and harder than permanent staff at any given assignment, you are afforded just as little, if not less, flexibility as colleagues who get paid more and get more benefits than you. Expect to be treated as a second class citizen by the agency.
To clear things up, as I've mentioned above, the agency DOES it's job, which is to provide you with one. They pay you for your work and on most days are OK to deal with. They just don't care at all about you as a human being.

Had a call from these people about a job I had applied for which does not show up on my indeed jop application, The person I spoke to was very misleading and told me that the job induction was at caffee nero, Went to each cafe none of them knew nothing about, next time please do not ring my mobile offering me a job, when it turned out to be s complete lie, I had a lady from reginoal recruitments ring and I heard laughing in the background, next time you make out there's a job someone and that person gets dress up to show how good they are, It will go to the police, I am fuming that I have been played, next time think what your doing. ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

I just had the most rude, arrogant and ironic phone call from a female member of staff at this agency.
I think she was missing the first 7 years of her basic education. Dear lady, let me give you some tip; When you speak with any person you don't know, You should Introduce yourself! In case you been asked number of times to introduce yourself and you ironically ask"Why is that for" This doesn't speak good for you or the business you represent!
They are Customer Service Courses that can teach you a lot, but you will need your first 7 years of education, which unfortunately you're missing!

I've been with this agency for about a year now they have been good untill I was booked and I did not confirm I have proof and dates it's happened twice now and it's lead to me loosing my job I really enjoyed working there aswell I needed the money to get out of debt I've tried to call and I'm just being egnored I guess this means Ill have to go else were because they are scared to talk to the boss so because of that lost my job

My bad that I didn’t checked this company reviews. As others here I didn’t got paid either and when I called they push me around call this or call that. Strangely the 3 hours induction payment came thru straight away,but not my weekly payment. I bet they will blame on the clocking hours cos they didn’t registered my card so I can clock in. By the way avoid them and any job at Neovia Logistics.

We were able to start working in two days after visiting the office on friday. The transport was organized all the time nobody was left behind. We were provided the required equipment for work.
The payment was on time ive got my payslip beforehand. The short time ive spent at templine was without a problems. The onsite crew was helpful and understanding.
