General impression is that Courts are hugely underfunded and this specific Court is a good example - looks very old dated and it seems though as there is lack of staff to handle things.
As to the judge who dealt with my case she was completely not objective. The justification was read by her nearly a word by word from what the defence said, like she just copied what they used, yet completely ignored my arguments. I bet she just was not prepared to go out of line and outside of her usual boundaries and simple cases. That's what you get when you don't have money for solicitors to represent you.

I was not able to submit without giving a star however, this place does not even deserve one star.
Very very bad experince, I have called this court nonstop over 50 times and have not had a response - they also do not respond to any emails. Made a mistake of issuing with these courts.

No one answeres the phone . Is it that the staff are working from home ? Then they have noyt answered my email for four weeks.
Nobody cares it seems. The person in-charge here should be ashamed of the service offered.

I had a great experience on the phone with the help desk. They answered all my questions and even checked with a supervisor on the details of my case.
Only reason I have 4 stars and not 5 is you can only contact them via post and in person.

Very bad service by Hasan, he was not helpful at allll!! Rude and ignorant... The court opening hours are 9am to 4pm and he only offered 10am appointment all week, which means I’ve to take a day off from work to get my PE3 forms stamped. He also said take your forms to solicitors office Instead. I’ve never experienced such bad service unbelievably bad!

How this establishment is allowed to continue to run the way it is; is truly shocking. There seem to be no standards or oversight in terms of procedure. Calls are not answered and emails are not replied to. The thing is when you want to report a court for bad practice who do you go to???

The staff here must be terribly under staffed. I have had to wait on the telephone over an hour to get an answer, or not got an answer at all and the call goes to engaged tone . I have had no reply to several emails although some have been replied, its not all bad, but it has taken some time . Today I had to go to the post collection office to to pay the postage surcharge . It turned out to be a letter from Brentford County court telling me of the bailiff date. No stamp or postage had been paid by them.
The whole procedure which has been long and exacerbating fell far below the level of service any one should expect from a. professional body. Please address the issues with more staff.

I have never experienced such incompetence and unhelpful staff, I have had to visit the court as a Mckenzie Friend. And they don't give you correct or update information.
The lady who attend the counter is just thier to get paid end of!
They need to employ staff who are willing to serve customers and provide accurate information.
There is no such thing as customer service at this establishment.
I have it a one star in order to make a review... 0/10 poor service and very unprofessional to say the least!

If I could give zero stars I would. Didn’t answer calls for ages then man who answered was unhelpful and so dismissive. Would not listen to my query or concern and spoke over me. He was giving totally conflicting information to the government website. Have no idea what the issue is here but zero customer service and very unfriendly. Hope I never have misfortune to need to speak to anyone here again. Think you need to train your staff in customer service and empathy.
And as an update to this I called the central court as per his insistence and when I did they were very clear that I was in fact correct and the local court would have been able to help me and quicker than they could! So I’ve totally wasted time and been sent on a wild goose chase. The reason I needed to contact the court is because my mother has died so you could not have been more unhelpful for me right now.

Absolutely Terrible. I can't believe this is actually passing off as a county court.
Not only are they screwing landlords by delaying eviction possession orders for tenants and refusing to hire more bailiffs, but they don't even answer their bloody phone. Extremely unhelpful. I wanted to give a minus 5 rating

One has to write to the court to get any answers to what you require. Phoning them is a fairly dire approach and response. But once they do respond, are good at sorting out what you require of them.
However, my stars are for the Battles of Brentford Monument at the front of it on the High Street ; celebrating moments in history when Brentford had to defend itself from invasion from Julius Caesar AD55 ; Denmark's Viking King Canute 1016 lost a battle with English Prince Edmund Ironside for his father Ethelred The Unready ; and Charles 1st's ransacking Cavaliers after winning The Battle of Brentford against the Roundhead Parliamentarians in the English Civil War of 12th November 1642. Fittingly, the next day Charles 1st lost The Battle of Turnham Green because those that were left alive from his Cavaliers ransacking of Brentford joined the Roundheads against him! Power to the people!

The day I arrive for my case, I was told that the claimant has withdraw the case, I asked the court why they did not inform me. They were like it is not their job. I paid them 250 for a private hearing but it is not their job to ring me. I ask for my money back and they were clever and told me that a judge will see me. Don't trust them AT ALL.........Ridiculous...I lost £250 to court rather than the cliamant.....

It should call it "Don't Contact us" would be more appropriate !!!!! Disgusting service for an entity that is supposed to upheld the law

As with all the other reviewers, I wish I could give no stars. I've called them several times, I've never been answered but it either rings and tells you (repeatedly) that your call will be answered in the order it was received even if you call first thing. When you email them, it often takes over a day for them to respond. We've paid over £300 for our case to be processed and in the three months this has been ongoing, they've lost our case, forgot to send it to the defendant, re-found it, finally sent it out without all the relevant forms attached and when chased about this, we received a response saying they only deal with the admin - seemingly they can't even get that right. Now apparently there is a 'backlog' so God knows when our case will actually be looked at. If you can, find another court to handle your case.
